I come here so often because I have a monthly membership and the employees clearly know me. Even on occasions when I don't have my dog with me, they have offered me treats to take home- which I find really sweet, even though I don't take them up on it. I went back after we noticed it was gone and the girl that helped me new exactly where it was. I took it home thinking I would just snap it back on. No, such luck. The tabs that held it in place were broken off. I went back the next day, and a very help full employee helped me fill out a damage report. The company responded about Four days later by e-mail. Their stance is that the antenna had a manufacturing defect and this is a common problem with this type of antenna and they are not responsible. This is not inexpensive to fix. I had three quotes ranging from 400 to 850 dollars. Just beware if this happens to you, they will take no responsibility, and it will be a manufacturing defect.
