An employee came out with her daughter and said that I had three options. The first to pay for the ultimate plan, which was $20. The second option was the pay $40 for a platinum plan. The last plan was to $50 for a car wash. I made it clear that I was there for one car wash and saw the sign said $8 for Saturday car washes. She said it was those 3 options. So I paid for the ultimate package. Received no proof that I got the ultimate plan. After the car wash, I saw noticeable scratched when I got home, and a piece of the car wash in my car bumper. I will never go here again. I will go back once they fix my car and pass a linerary test for their machines. Please look at my pics and think twice before going.
