Like some other reviewers, I was charged more than the amount I was told my car wash would cost -- about $12 more. I assumed it was a mistake and called to have it corrected. The person said he would call me back, but he did not. Since then, all my calls have gone to their voicemail. Seeing that others were also overcharged, I guess ripping off customers is part of White Water's business plan. They are crooks -- don't patronize them. read more

Customers beware! This business has twice posted charges to our credit card exceeding the amount we authorized on the date of service. The first time they corrected their error. Now that this has happened a second time, we will go elsewhere. read more

I went to this location on Ladies Day, Wednesday, March 19th. The service wasn't terrible but my tires were neglected. I'm not picky so I ignored it. I still tipped the attendant $5. When I got home I looked at my receipt to discover that I had been over charged by over $5. I paid my bill when I dropped off my vehicle and when I gave the man my credit card he rung it up then threw away the receipt. He made up some excuse and printed me a new one. I didn't bother to look at it as I have been going here for years with no problems. When I checked my credit card the next day online I discovered the mistake. My carwash cost me $38.62 and wasn't worth it. I will find a new car wash. After seeing Google reviews I thought I would let people to be aware on here...buyer beware!! read more

Friendly and fast full-service car wash. The attention to detail is lacking, but overall decent service.

The integrity and the lack of concern for customer service is despicable for this company. The Matt cleaner damaged my mat and their response was it's a free service so therefore they're not liable. I push this issue all the way up to the general manager and I meet with my lawyer on Thursday. I'm so offended by their arrogance that I may push the issue to the court system. read more

I would clearly give this car wash a zero. Stopped this morning approximately at 10:15. Not only was the job inside clearly a horrible job, they broke the rear view mirror to which they denied ever touching. This car is a 2024 Honda CRV 5 months old and I am the only driver of the car. Purchased their best wash available and most of the lower passenger side of my car wasn't washed at all. The driver's side looked great though. I left a message for the manager and when they called me back the next day they said I am supposed to get out and check my vehicle after the wash. My expectation of a $39 wash is that I shouldn't have to exit and inspect my vehicle after the wash is complete. read more

Car wash damaged both of our vehicles, twice each in less than two months. They take no responsibility for issues. Car wash does a horrible job, water spots left all over the car, wheels are still dirty, tire shine slings all over the vehicle, grease from the brushes smeared down the side of your vehicle, and it rips the rear wiper blade off your suv. No one at corp to talk to personally. Somehow its my fault their equipment damaged our vehicles. read more

I went to White Water Car Wash on Secor Road , Toledo, Ohio Monday. I had a ton of bugs stuck on my windshield so I thought I would get my car washed. For $18.00 dollars i had 2 guys scrub my windshield when I entered. Plus going through the car wash. When I got out there was still bugs stuck all over my windshield. Paid $15 for car wash and didn't even get soap. Car looks like it didn't even go through the car wash.

I wanted my car cleaned on the inside vacuumed, sanitized and freshener. The outside was already clean. I paid $25.00 to get the interior and outside cleaned. Customer service was nice but the car was still dirty on the inside, I had to take the vacuum and clean it myself and when I got home I took sanitize wipes and cleaned the inside. I had to throw out all of the trash that was left under the seat. I was very disappointed. They did squeeze an apology out but that wasn't enough for $25.00. There is a car wash on Central that only cost $5.00 or $15.00 if you want the works only you have to vacuum yourself, which is what I had to do for $25.00 at this place. read more

We just stopped for a wash and interior cleaning. Wednesday is ladies day giving $5 off my husband paid I was clearly with him and they didn't give him the discount. When approaching our newly cleaned car it was more than obvious that the back bumped had not been touched. This was taken care of by my husband with the towel left on the hood of our car. I will save my money and do the cleaning. read more

I've been to white water a few times. Each time I leave I am disappointed with some aspect of the cleanliness of my car. Today I decided that I would be proactive and check the details before leaving. Even after pointing out that they did not clean any of the knobs, switches, or levers, the car still was not clean. I took these pictures as soon as I pulled in my driveway and you can see there is still remnants of the shake I spilled on the window and door. The vacuum job was adequate at best. Definitely disappointed with the $22 ultimate wash. read more

Terrible experience. Stopped in around 11am on a Monday. No other cars there or waiting. Asked about options. Told we could have an inside outside for $25 by the gentleman who greeted us at the pull up. Went inside and was greeted by the owner. Who told us it would be $20 because of the senior discount, which was nice to hear. When the car was finished my Senior citizen mother and I walked out. When she opened the door she let out a gasp. Her weather tech floor mat was flooded with soapy water that she had just set her purse in. Good thing we brought a towel because they didn't even wipe down any of the inside door wells and it was below 20 degrees outside. Hated that I left the young gentleman who washed the car a 20% gratuity. I live in Chicago and come in town just to help her with specifics like this. I only pay $14 in Chicago for an inside/outside car wash that is far superior. This place sucks. read more

Payed $23 plus tip. I had to go home and rewash my windows. Won't do that agian when I can pay under $10 somewhere else.

Just left there and got a full service wash. Bird poop still on vehicle the insides was barely vacuumed and it looks like they didn't even wipe down the doors or dash. Terrible terrible. Not $25 we'll spent. And tipped them $5 as I just assumed it was going to be good since I had gone there before. Terrible quality of a wash inside and out. I do not recommend this place. read more

Public Service Announcement. When you pay 25.00 for a car wash and had to take car back for 2 specific issues and the you point out to the jerk (not owner, employee punk) that wheel still dirty and he attempts to clean one side, doesn't go to other side. my windshield was so smudged from half ass attempt to clean that it was dangerous to drive in the morning sun. Then when I pulled in to the car wash I noticed a dead cicada on my front dashboard next to window .Figured that when they recleaned window that they would kindly remove the insect,,,, nope. Still there , but moved down a few inches...seriously, what happened to a job well done the first time and not even doing a job well done after legitimately complaining, the second time. They do the best job in Toledo for cleaning cars employees are the best. Employee told me he hates the way the owner handles costumers. Owner seems to be more interested in young women and texting than running a professional business. He also will not honor group-on's and will tell you that they are busy to except them and you will have to pay full price. The group-on has no restrictions on it as far as when you can use it. Very disappointed in the owner though I finally found a good place to take my care. Guess I will be looking again. read more

I really do not understand all the negative reviews. While they are expensive, I will only go to them when I get a Groupon or some other discount, but every time I have gone, they have done a fantastic job on the inside and out. They really take a lot of time cleaning your car. If you are expecting a complete detail, you're not going to get it for $20 to $25. A complete detail usually runs over $100 anywhere you go. With up to four people working on your car, I tip $2 per person. As far as I'm concerned, Whitewater is the best car wash in Toledo. read more

If could give this place negative stars, I would! The only reason I gave it 1 stars is because yelp forces you to rate it something. The wait was painfully long and the interior service was awful! My carpets were no cleaner after my service then they were when I brought the car in. My windows were streaked and cloudy. If all that wasn't enough- an item went missing from my car!! Bad service is one thing, but missing items is another. When I informed the owner about what happened - he simply said, "oh there's nothing we can do about that, sorry man." Really, like we were buddies at this point and he was consoling me. I just wanted them to make it right- offer me me my money back, or anything and let me go on my way. This place is under new ownership. I used to bring my care her 2x a month before. Now I will never be back and I certainly would never recommend this place to anyone!!
