Hands down the best car was in Fort Smith! For $26 they hand wash the entire vehicle before you even enter the tunnel. After the tunnel someone dries the vehicle and shines your tires. We are new to the area and bought a membership for two cars. When we changed plates to Arkansas they could not get it right. Three times we have shown up and had to honk or back out to get their attention. Today my husband drove the large SUV for the first time and thr unseen pillars scraped our car because they are so low they are undetectable to an SUV. The manager came out and said he would call 911. He said it wasn't their fault and that nobody in the company would do anything. I asked that they put flags or something to mark so that others could see it and asked who to speak to next. He said that he wouldn't give me the name or number of any superior and the best he could do was take my info. He wasn't compassionate or listening at all and certainly pushing back. I told him I needed a customer service number or something to file the claim. He finally came out and gave us the number and was apologetic about it happening. Nonetheless they lost a customer for life and we are sorely disappointed. Their vacuums hardly have any suction anyway. read more

I went to Splash and they got all of it off (except for one spot on the back bumper). They did a very good job of hand washing from top to bottom and getting 95 percent of the crap off. Love this place! Two young men soaped and cleaned our whole car before we went through the chain-driven car-pull tunnel where it was rinsed, waxed and blow-dried. We were then sent to another area where it was hand dried. Wonderful job was done by all the men. Only draw back is they do not vacuum your car. We paid $26 for this job 3 days ago, just forgot to do the review. We will go back. read more

This is my favorite car wash in town. The car always comes out sparkling because of the young men that scrub it with brushes before it goes through the tunnel. Only once did I have a problem with bugs remaining on the car and they immediately re-washed it and were very apologetic. Highly recommend this car wash. read more

Great carwash but after 8 it is a car show. The bays have people parked inside them the vacuums have cars blocking the machines. And if you do get open bay the cars are squalling their tires everytime they leave and come back. Find a different car wash less problems read more

I love going through the tunnel here. They have 4-5 guys outside of the tunnel, that wash and detail your car before you go through! Always come out with a nice, pretty car! Always super nice too! I prefer this place over the other tunnels in FSM, because of the extra wash before hand done by them. keep up the good work! read more

BEWARE!!!!!!! I went here sept 6th at 10:40am and went thru the drive thru carwash part. They have young boys outside scrubbing your car before you go thru. When I came out my car wash covered I scratched from the top to the bottom. I called the office twice and they finally text me back not CALL by the way. Gave me the number of the owner so I called to find out what we could do about this and was subject to a man who didn't care at ALL! Jacob Perkins ..... Told me they didn't have insurance and wasn't gonna do anything about it. Told me he had better things to do than talk to me. I payed over 30,000 for my car and it means the world to me. Now my beautiful challenger is covered in scratches. PLEASE BEWARE!!! DON'T GO THERE!!! Wish I didn't have to give them any stars. A real man or business wouldn't treat their customers this way. I have gone there for 15 or more years and this is how I'm treated when they are at fault. So if you love your car that you spent your hard earned money on DON'T GO HERE!!!!!! read more
