When I called in to AAA, they said it would be a 45 minute wait he was there within 30 minutes and kept me informed of his whereabouts until he arrived The young man made sure to explain everything he was doing. He showed me on his meters what was wrong with my battery and explained why my car wouldn't start. I would need to buy a new battery. Even though he had to bring the battery to me, it would've been the same price as if I would've bought one from one of the auto parts stores. I have been to the Ford dealership a week before that for an oil change. The gentleman there never told me that my battery cables were corroded or my battery wasn't charging correctly. I will go to Greg from here on out for my Battery needs an oil changes. Also, after I bought the battery and was on the road the next day, the gentleman from Greg's auto repair and tow text me to ensure everything was great with my experience. Engine on my Ford Super Duty Motorhome was running rough. Also needed my coach batteries replaced and Generator Serviced. The engine issue was diagnosed (bad coil) and fixed (I decided to replace all the coils since they were 25 years old with 150,000 miles). The other issues were fixed as well. Took my car to get the ac and front end fixed on my car. They fixed the AC, but when I called about my front end they said they could hear the sound I described but couldn't find the issue. Asked If I could bring it back the next day. No problem, that's understandable. Go to pick up my car, the guy at the desk said they couldn't replicate the sound and said they couldn't help. While on a trip to Fort Smith Arkansas I discovered that the panel under the engine and radiator of my car was loose and being drug on the ground. I didn't know anyone in the area but I saw a car repair shop, Greg's Too, was a half mile from my hotel. I looked at their reviews and saw nothing but positive comments regarding the business. I took my car there and discovered why the comments were so positive. Everyone that I spoke with was extremely nice. They had a mechanic look at my car to determine what needed to be done. My options were to secure the panel or completely remove it. I choose to have it removed. Once the work was completed I was handed a bill. I looked at it and said " This can't be right" He said, it's right. There was no charge for the work they did. So, I agree with the reviews I read, Everyone I spoke with was extremely nice. But the icing on the cake was they didn't charge me for the work they did. They could have charged me a lot of money since I was from out of town. They are not only friendly they are also honest. DO NOT GO TO GREG'S TOO!!! They will ruin the inside of your car with oily hands and dirty feet not even trying to keep it clean. Also, they messed up the paint and trim around one of my windows then tried to tell me they didn't do it all the while I knew it wasn't like that when I left it. They are also the MOST expensive place in FS for repairs. I wouldn't take my enemies totaled vehicle there much less one that I cared about. I would stick to using Jody's Auto Service on Phoenix Avenue they are nice and care about your vehicle like it was theirs. I had a momentary brain blip I guess and am regretting it.... read more

Fort Smith, Arkansas --- "Greg's Too" sent tow-master "Chris" on a 2.5 hour drive around 112 miles to Wickes, Arkansas to drive me back 2.5 hours & about 112 miles to their super shop in Fort Smith. "Evan" was my inside guy at "Greg's Too" ... "Evan" had to push on "AAA" for me, as they didn't want to pay for such a long roundtrip tow ... thanks to "Evan" "AAA" eventually approved it. I thank the pARTy Gods for their help, because "Greg's Too" was perfect - super staff team at the counter & mechanics in the pit (especially Evan & Chris). A team of "Greg's Too" staff were in constant motion servicing a rotation of customers coming and going in the few hours a was at "Greg's". I am from Virginia Beach, Virginia & driving to Denver, Colorado and Team "Greg's Too" knew that. Since Saturday is OFF day for "Greg's" (& many Arkansas businesses), Team Greg doubled their efforts, so I would not have to wait until Monday to put "Flo" under the wrench. Team "Greg's Too" beat the clock and after road test & by 4:15pm (in about 2.5 hours) "Flo" was ready again headed to Denver. The price was amazing - $269! Included diagnostic inspection, replacing a coil, replacing blown out spark plug and repairing repair spark plug socket. "Greg's Too even did a road test drive. Wow. 250.54. Diagnostics agreed at 110.00 110.00 for driving vehicle for 2.5 hrs.. Gas gauge upon pickup didn't reflect such driving occured. Problem wasn't identified. Phone call wasn't placed to affirm that I was okay with paying 110$ for driving, while other shops send a tech on break or a lube tech who isn't busy to drive and get vehicle to act up while also live data is being saved to mechanics oBd2 tablet.. What do I know though. So they claim stand on integrity. They will not part replace on a hunch or perform a ghost chase. However not telling the client ur gonna charge an additional 110$ to drive the car for diagnostics.. which excuse me thats what the first 110$ was for... My father A 78 year old man took his truck to these guys for an air conditioning issue to get diagnosed. They call him and told him the electric grill flaps were not functioning & that was why the air conditioner was none functional. The truck had a code for this they said but when asked for documentation they could not provide a print out or the code #. Also when questioned about a air conditioning performance test print out they said they didn't do one because they believe it's because of the electric grill flaps not functioning. Now here's the issue I have a strong mechanic background I was in the industry for years. When doing a diagnostic it's not what you think you know it's what you can prove. So they may or may not have plugged a scanner in to pull diagnostics trouble codes but in my opinion that is all they did for a $120 & tried to sell him $800 more worth of repair that would not have fixed the vehicle anyway. I am the one that disconnected the electric grill flaps & pinned them open. They have been that way for 3 years the air conditioner just stopped working a week ago. I would have fixed it but no longer have a scanner to access all models & don't have access to a ac machine or gages to properly diagnose the issue. These guys couldn't even tell me if there was refrigerant in the ac system when I questioned them because they never put a set of gauges on it. How do you diagnose a air conditioning system issue when you don't even know if there's refrigerant in the system. You can't ask any good automotive tech. They changed a 78 ​year old man on a fixed income $120 for nothing & would have took as much money as they could have if he had not of talked to me. The issue has since been fixed with a soft ware update to the body control module. I would be ashamed of my self & my shop if it was me @ the very least I would apologize & refund the money. Absolutely awful experience. They told us it would take about a day, maybe 2 to fix the car. They ended up breaking something on the car and had to order a part, which held our vehicle for a week longer than expected, so, I had to come out of pocket to get a rental car until it was done. Once we got the car back there is a very loud knocking sound coming from the area they were working on. The car is also shaking. This is hands down some of the worst mechanic work I've ever had done in town. They are completely incompetent from the receptionist to the mechanics themselves. This is a new review and I still feel very pleased to have Greg's Too work on our RV. We thought we had a simple oil change and in Oklahoma our a/c ducting started falling apart because they were paper and the a/c fan no longer turned on automatically. Well we made an appointment and the a/c fan proved to be more time consuming so we brought it back the next day. They were able to diagnose the issue and come up with a solution for us. We were elated as it was a Friday and they were closing as we headed to our RV campground for the night we noticed we had no brake lights. Monday morning they got us right in and luckily it was a fuse that was easily changed. We really value the effort that Greg's Too went to for us. A side note. My elderly mother lives in Fort Smith and last year my Mother had a flat tire on the freeway. She called Greg's Too Towing and the gentleman that came to help was very kind and considerate. Greg's Too has saved our bacon twice now, both times with our RV. We full time RV and have family here in Ft Smith that we visit in our travels. Twice now we have brought our RV with issues to Greg's Too and both times they have done superior diagnostic work and repairs that have gone above and beyond our expectations in correcting the RVs problems. Because our RV is not only our transportation but our home as well it's imperative that work being done on it is done completely and correctly. Greg's Too has sent us on our way both times satisfied and able to continue our journey and lifestyle. Our interactions with Greg himself have been both friendly and helpful. My air conditioner stopped working and I took it to the local dealership to get it worked on. After 3 months and multiple attempts at diagnosing the problem they never were able to find out what was causing the issue. I took the vehicle to Greg's Too for some other work on the vehicle and told them about the struggle I had with getting the air conditioner diagnosed. They offered to take a look while they did the other routine maintenance. By the end of the day they told me what the problem was and by the next day they had received and installed the parts needed to fix the long standing issue. My truck broke down on the way home from work around 8 pm on a busy street. i was in a bit of a panic I called on this business that I was familiar with to tow my truck less than two miles. I spoke to this business the next day and told them that my transmission had gone out and ask for a quote for repairs. The quote they gave me was extremely high so I told them I would make a decision and let them know. I called several places and found a better deal at a local dealership of all places and they quoted me almost $2000 dollars less and could take care of it the following week as opposed to almost a month later. I returned to the shop to pay my bill and have the trucked towed 12 miles to the other dealership. to my surprise they gave me a bill of almost $400. l feel as though they didn't like the fact that I had to choose a repair shop that fit my budget so they decided to hit me with charges that I never ask for. i am a disabled veteran and this is how I was treated. read more

Used them for years, paid them a lot of money, questioned sometimes but they finally got me twice, did a $525 fix instead of the obvious $50 fix, it did'nt work so then did the $50 (at no charge,lol), then worked on another vehicle in the same month, in the winter and told me they found a leak in an AC hose, a month later when it warmed up, I put 2 cans of coolant in my vehicle my self and it is still cold as can be. The main guy will interrupt you eventually, & continually. Then, because you're already in a contest with him, & you hear him going off some dumb rabbit trail, will immedately tell you he doesn't like to be interrupted either. Two main guys I spoke with only pretended to listen, & continually reached faulty conclusions over the phone. The other guy (2nd guy I spoke to), was obviously the lowest on the totem pole, & he actually was decent. Problem is, the other two hadn't had time to train him in their dishonesty. read more
