When I told him I would back up to get out of there and he could give me a refund, I got no response. Maybe he didn't hear me. I repeated myself. He said he could get it fixed soon. He pulled out a crowbar to work on it -- then had to ask the man cutting the grass in front of the car wash to help him twist it. So now I'm reliant on a cigar-smoking grass cutter blowing smoke in my face to fix the machine? No way. I backed away and demanded a refund. The man wasn't pleased. What a nightmare.
