The employees were very friendly and were wearing masks. I typically get the "gold" wash, which is about $20 and it's definitely worth it! And with the gold, you get a car air refreshner. Prior to Covid, there was outdoor and indoor seating, but they have completely closed off the indoor side and there's a cashier booth outside which takes cards to pay for the service. Then you walk around back to we're your car is being washed. There are a few benches outside were you can wait as they clean. It took about 20-30 minutes for them to completely clean my vehicle and she did a great job! Be sure to tip them! Although i have about 5 other car washes near me, I literally drive about 25 minutes to this location because they always do it right!

I waited through four red lights to safely turn right. There used to be signs on the sidewalk that warned customers NOT to block the line from the street. The issue about blocking the driveway happens frequently. The entrance set up should either change or the owner should find a larger property. Customers trying to get to the post office, Aldi or other businesses by the car wash are affected by people forming a line where they shouldn't. Frustrated drivers make illegal rights, going around the line - driving blind. There are self washing stations and other car washes.

So my right is spot free while my left was as pictured below. I was in a hurry and I had to go somewhere else, so no time to towel dry the rest. I appreciated an attendant being out there to direct traffic on the long lines to the self wash station which help me get the touch less wash that's in the far right corner. I choose the $16 wash that offers under carriage wash and spot less drying. It did a nice job covering the car with soap and rinsing. See pics. I was disappointed in the spot less drying feature as it didn't dry the car properly and it wasn't spot less. I had quit a bit of water marks on my front window and other parts of the car. This could be because the drying session was very short and not that powerful which I would suggest increasing both for a more effective drying session. I took one star off for this reason. However, I would consider re visiting when in need to wash salt off my car again.

He did an amazing job with my car. I primarily have a lot of hair in my car because of my dog. I appreciate the details of degreasing my engine and using clay bars (because not every detailer does). It's unreasonable to expect customers to wait for someone who is not actively managing the flow. Despite my explanation, he refused to service my vehicle and placed an orange cone in front of my car to block me from moving forward. This behavior was unprofessional, disrespectful, and created an unnecessary scene. I will not be returning and plan to share this experience with others.

A sensor tells you where to stop and lets you know to back up if needed. Then, the moving apparatus dispenses water, soap, and moves the brush across your car as you stay still. There are no moving tracks. You keep your car parked. An electronic sign tells you what step you are on and when to drive off. There are dryers as you exit. There are also vacuums on the left as you exit. This was an easy, quick experience and I'd return.
