The place smells awesome, they are so friendly and knowledgeable and make you feel great the whole time. Danielle was awesome, so friendly and professional and made me feel totally relaxed and comfortable throughout the entire appointment. We had a great, fun conversation the whole time so it wasn't awkward at all and she was really knowledgeable and talked me through the experience since it was my first time. It honestly didn't even really hurt, a quick "beesting" feeling but nothing as bad as what I've heard from friends who went elsewhere for brazillian waxes!! She used different types of wax depending on the area and also finished up with a soothing tea tree lotion which took away the sting completely and is supposed to reduce irritation. Would absolutely recommend, especially for a first time, it really isn't that painful and they make something that could be super awkward not bad at all! :)
