The owner is a former collegiate swimmer who provides not only quality swim wear and accessories, but tips and advice for swimmers of any age and experience level. While you can shop online, visiting the store in Maumelle is even more fun. Walls full of everything swimming from googles to paddles and pull buoys. You'll also find t-shirts and swimmer jewelry for unique birthday gifts. The store also supports all the big swim events in the state and sells custom towels for major swim meets. I am not yet impressed, though initially I was. I was happy to find a product on their website that I'd been looking for, and received an email to double-check my color preferences, which I appreciated. However, I have not yet received my order nor any indication from shipper as to when to expect product or how to track it, or even verification that my order was received by them from Splashwear (SW) and is in progress. I called SW to check on this, as the initial confirmation of my order did not include a timeframe. They seem to not realize that a customer might expect this kind of information, even if the product is being shipped from someone other than themselves. SW acknowledged being a bit overwhelmed, even while priding themselves on being a very small company (and offered to research my order and get back to me) - good for them, and I wish them success, but am baffled as to why there is no standard provision in their procedures for this basic information, nor apparently an understanding why, lacking this information, a customer might feel as though their order has fallen into a black hole. Covid short-staffing possibilities at manufacturer/shipper may be a real factor - but the apparently-standard lack of information seems like it would be fixable, once SW realizes that basic customer expectation. read more

Our local swimwear store in WA was too busy to get a logo on our team's swimsuit. I searched around the Internet and found their site, swimmerstuff.com. Jeannie was so helpful in advising us with how to make a logo, the size, shape, and colors that would look best on the suit. The prices were reasonable compared to our local stores! read more

Ordered online and only recieved 2 of the products. A week later, the customer service rep named Jeannie emailed me to apologize that the rest of my order was not shipped, however, she was proud of herself for catching HER error!! Bravo Jeannie! She did not rush or overnight the shipping for the error. She did not do a single thing to correct the mistake other than say she "appreciated my feedback and let me know if there is anything else I can do for you." I am tracking the rest of my order through FedEx and at this point, it will be 3 weeks from the date of order until I recieve it. HORRIBLE customer service and no accomodations made for error. read more

I live in Long Island New York. I accidentally found this web site and ordered my 9 yr old twins competitive bathing suites to match. The owner contacted me to inform me the boys jammer was discontinued. I ask him to find something else that matched. He found better ones then I picked out e-mailed me ASAP and sent out. Great, Great service. I also ordered my daughter a beautiful winter hat which says "swim" on front. Never saw anything like it. You can customize any type of hat.
