They have a quick response time for emergencies, like with my issue with fleas a few months back. I do wish that the services were cheaper. The people I've talked to on the phone were incredibly nice and informative every time I've talked to them. The only negative experience I've had was when I was offered a free home inspection. A man came by and we got to talking. I meantioned to him that I had a company come out recently for foundation repairs. And that's when everything went downhill... He proceeded to talk down on me like a stupid typical woman who trusted the wrong company to do foundation repairs and that I should've went to Active Pest Control for that. He said that I needed to get them to redo the repairs the other company did when there was nothing wrong the work that was done.. He had a really bad attitude about it. After he left that day, he called me multiple times for several days before I had someone leave him a voicemail to stop harassing me. I did mentioned all of this when I called their office and I hope they did something about that guy. I still can't believe he had the audacity to treat me with such disrespect.

That is essentially what happened here. The excuse provided. We disagree. The home's storm drains are a few feet from the front door....not looked at,not remarked at, totally forgotten in the inspection. And they just happened to be full to the brim. Very obvious if they were to be looked at. We found out at the first rain since closing. Chance to walk away from house: taken from us. Chance to make preparations to fix it before the first rain causes an emergency: not provided to us. Chance to ask for concessions: didn't get it. Literally the second biggest thing possible, missed. What are 150 pages of inconsequential, small issues when you miss something like this??? Scrambling to find a drain pro on the day of 1st big rain in a while...when everyone else is doing the same thing: great. Seeing our yard under water was great too. Having only one company even available to come by after calling close to 20,also great. Almost $3000 in emergency unclogging of storm drains,wonderful too. That's just the immediate cost. There's way more coming. And when you contact Lunspro for a chance to make this remotely fair they say: sign a release and we'll give you half your inspection fee back Consider my story before thinking they'll do a decent job with their eyes. If you get lucky, maybe. If you don't know any better, also maybe. This is the definition of a lackluster excuse for unprofessional conduct.
