One day later they were back to close up holes where the squirrels were breaking in. They also left traps to capture any that may have been left in the attic. Now, let me tell you about my service experience. At the appointed time, Calvin and his crew arrived and they are a handsome bunch so I now had excellent service and eye candy to add to the collection of professional experiences. Moving on, Calvin's team blew and inspected my garage so it was sparkling clean AND treated for pests. They used sustainable bug repellent outside my home, which smelled really good in the autumn wind. Ok, so if the presentation, professionalism wasn't enough... Lets move on to the educational experience and what exactly cemented my understanding that I can never have another exterminator take care of my place. Calvin illuminated areas that existed that I was not aware of. If you have a home where bricks are below the grade they will make you pay for a $1000 termite treatment before they will clear the inspection even though the VA says they only require a visual check. However, I'm refinancing this year and TruNorth wants to charge me $1000 even though they see no evidence of termites. Why would I pay for a $1000 termite treatment if they see no evidence of termites? Because they stated that was their policy.
