I was very…read moredissatisfied because, the lady who runs or owns the place, she always runs the front office part from what my cousin told me. She had given me the massage. While giving me the massage, the whole time she was taking calls in the room with me, or left to check out people, or talk to others in the tiny hallway!! Who does that for a massage? Extremely un-professional and That was NOT relaxing whatsoever. Then when it came time for me to check out, I gave her a small tip and she had the nerve to say to me "Is that all for a 2hr massage? So I added another $5.00 and she grumbled about it. I should have spoken up and told her my complaint but I was in disbelief and rather taken aback. This massage happened the day of October 8 or 9th 2025. Be careful not to get the older women.

I have been seeing a pain management physician and he recommended, as part of my treatment, massage therapy as I was in constant pain. I was referred to Luz by a friend who had been a patient of Luz's in the past. I was initially apprehensive because Luz is a petite woman and I was not sure she would be able to get deep into the muscle tissue. After the first treatment I felt I made the right choice. I continued treatment 2-3x per week and along with her medical massages therapy skills and her soothing touch and 9 compassion, I always walk away feeling so much better than the time before. I've been coming to this place for a couple of years since it has opened. It has to be one of the best places I've been for a massage. I have persistent lower back muscle spasms that comes and goes periodically. I've been to many ortho docs and physical therapists to no avail. My GP told me to try getting a massage. I've been to many places but this has to be the BEST Place! Since I've been coming here, my spasms have been at bay, so now I come on a weekly basis. The women here are professional and friendly and really know what they're doing!

They took a walk in at 5:45 and asked us to come back in an hour or do the foot massage on a bed sitting up with our feet dangling off the bed. No one speaks english. Very hard to communicate with the employees. The person who takes the appointments isn't even on location. So many other options in the area. Don't waste your time going there.
