The first thing the woman at the front desk said to him was, "you need to check in next door" (the walk in clinic). A few associates behind her just smiled and laughed. This was before my dad even said what he was there for. He continued to explain his reasoning for being there and they proceeded to say "Dr. lobo is no longer seeing new patients and is also retiring". However on their website it clearly states that the practice is welcoming new patients. My father also tried to reach the practice to speak to a manager following this incident and no one answered. Based off of previous reviews I've seen from their front desk I am very surprised this practice has not done anything to improve their customer service.
