It's a strange place, very small, dark and crowded with furniture and what looked like junk. Be careful there because there's lots of places to trip. There was a woman sitting in the dark corner. Wife's nails looked okay but she didn't like that they were too thick. Then she discovered Danie'l had given her a fungus infection that has been a mess. My husband saw Tangles' name in the local papers' list of business ratings. It was rated number one, so I figured it was a good starting point. I made the mistake of getting my son's appointment time wrong and showed up about 20 minutes late. Naturally, the salon slipped someone else into our slot, but they felt terrible and squeezed my son in anyway. My son was a bit nervous because he did not want the hair cutter to be distracted or rushed. Despite her being distracted and rushed (!), she did a great job. It's been many-a-haircut since my (teenaged) son got a cut that he was this happy with. The staff was extremely kind and accommodating. The establishment was clean. The price of a haircut -no shampoo- was $15 less tip. We plan on returning and I will edit this post if necessary.
