He seemed great at first, we had a few projects we wanted to get completed and he was pleasant to work with. HOWEVER, he lead us on for almost a month to no avail. After calling, texting and emailing him asking for an update on the quote, he ghosted us. He could have been a man and reached out and said he wouldn't be able to take on another job. Greg is dishonest and unprofessional. Don't get fooled by his friendly demeanor. Word to the wise: don't waste your precious time with this company.

He came by the next day, discussed our plans and made helpful suggestions about the trees, shrubs and plants they would install. Later that same night, he sent us a fully itemized estimate specifying the type and number of plants and the cost for each type of plant so we could decide whether to eliminate more costly items. His professional approach and reasonable prices sealed the deal. Joe and his crew of 6 workers arrived on time. They removed large amounts of turf to create several large planting beds, trimmed every shrub and small tree around the house, removed weeds growing between patio pavers, planted two large trees, 10 miscanthus grass plants and a number of perennials, repositioned two larger grass plants to create a symmetrical arrangement with the new grasses, cleared out old mulch and debris, edged the beds and laid down new mulch, added fill dirt on one side of the house to improve drainage, and a number of other things. All of this was done on a hot, humid day and Joe's crew finished the work in 9 hours. The result was a beautifully landscaped yard that combined our ideas and Joe's recommendations in a very pleasing way. I hired Old Town Tree to remove 16 pine trees, that were once used as a windbreak, in the yard of…read morethe house we purchased. The trees were ridiculously messy and not a good choice for a wind break. Ben and his crew came out and knocked the job out for us very quickly. The price was more than fair for the labor involved. And, because they did such a fantastic job, I've hired them to continue with our plans for tree removal throughout our acres. Ben was willing to speak with me about every concern and detail I wished to cover. That's how you know they're true professionals. They aren't afraid to hear a customer's voice. So, as I've already stated, they've removed 16 trees for us, next week we're scheduled for 10 more. After that, I'll be getting the estimate for even more. I'm confident I won't be disappointed. Update: The crew came back out, as scheduled, to remove 10 trees from beside our driveway. I swear it's like watching them do a perfectly choreographed dance when they get going. I wanted a row of shrubs along the side of the house and a mulch bed around my AC unit and back of the house as well. Mr. Paul Montgomery did such a great job. He was very professional yet low key and it was very easy working with him. Good attention to detail and responsive to texts and my questions. Just a great guy. He was attentive to keeping costs down. I ordered the plants from Meadow Farm which he picked up and also mulch that was on sale at Home Depot. It turned out great. I am so happy with the result. I will be getting my lawn care and landscaping needs from Mr. Montgomery and P and C Landscaping in the future as well.
