Awful.....avoid at all costs. It's a father/son operation. The son is extremely inexperienced and…read moreuses horrible comps. The father doesn't oversee the appraisals like a senior appraiser is required. Instead he rubber stamps his son's work. What's worse is they refuse to work with clients to use comps that are realistic. The worst! I'm not fake...I'm a real person who even called you prior to posting in effort to make this right. I was ripped off by Solano appraisal. Happy to provide details to any other potential clients. I already know of two other individuals who were hurt by their bad appraisals.
