This review is long overdue. I flew in from Los Angeles during Christmas to visit my family. I was…read morein the absolute worst pain I've ever experienced and spent 3 nights in the ER with no relief. Massages and chiropractor visits daily before I crawled into this place and begged if they could see me. As luck would have it weather was terrible and people were canceling. Shelly was the acupuncturist who had the pleasure of fixing me. After many attempts, going into the books, and using different techniques. She called in the cavalry for backup. Tamara, who Shelly speaks so highly of said that if anyone could find my fix, it was her. Tamara worked her magic but with no avail, then everyone in the office who is certified to stick a needle in somebody gave me a try. Shelly even called in a hypnosis who ironically also goes by Shelly (Michelle). I was there for nearly 6-8 hours everyday being worked on. Each one of them spent so much time and care trying to help me. I was so grateful for each one of them because their attempts at relieving my pain took the edge off just enough to where I could get through the day. Once I returned to California an MRI revealed the injury I was suffering from was 3 herniated discs. An injury like that just takes time to heal (and stem cells). I highly recommend this place and Shelly. I was waiting for her to tell me she couldn't help me, but she kept on trying and never gave up. I expected an accupuncture practice in a small city to be trash but this place is top notch and soars above any acupuncture practice I've been in Los Angeles that just takes your money and sends you away no matter if they helped you or not.

I was skeptial but after the 4 visit things started to change. it really helped with my PT and OT. Can not put in words all that has happened, but all for the good, I tell everyone to give it a try, it's helped me so much. I think I'll still go even if I get all better, they say it won't happened, but not gonna stop trying. And with Tamaras and staff help anything possible KEITH T.

I offer private holistic health consultations that involve saliva and urine pH testing (this helps to understand how well the digestive system us working. Understanding this system is important for all other body systems), bioenergetic scans, far infrared sauna use, and recommendations by me on how my clients can get healthy and to the root cause of their issues. I offer recommendations on the Foundations of health, which involves eating and hydrating correctly, proper movement, emotional and spiritual wellbeing, proper sleeping habits, breathing techniques, supplements, herbs, and more. I also offer retail for my clients to purchase supplements and other natural health needs. Holistic healthcare looks at the whole person, not just their physical symptoms, by focusing on how body systems work together as a unit. Rather than looking at symptoms from one body part, holistic health practitioners work to improve the entire body. We work to give the body what it needs so it can help it heal itself. Holistic health includes physical, mental, and emotional health. It takes into consideration the roles that diet, lifestyle, sleep, and environmental exposures play. It also combines all of the areas of the body as a whole and complete system working as one, instead of singling out individual organ systems and just focusing on those.

There is a single session cost and a package that he recommended. I took the package with 14 sessions. I was always greeted friendly by the doctor. I was placed in a room and was told what was going to be done. Since I had nerve issues the pins were put into my shoulders arm and hands. I was left in a room and was checked on every 15 to 20 minutes. Each session lasted up to 45 minutes. I was told my sessions were exhausted. It went pretty quick. Did it help? Not too much for my tingling and numbness but it was worth a try. I was glad to have the experience of acupuncture but it may help more for pain. I would suggest giving it a try but make no guarantees but every case may be different.

He was very thorough and explained everything - answering all of my questions. I was having severe tightness in my lower back and hip joints. Two hours after leaving my session I could feel the release of pressure. I'd say about 75% better and will go back for one more appointment next week. The procedure itself was 100% painless and I plan to use his services for future ailments before even considering western pain medications.
