Great for craniosacral work. I had lower back pain that has been healed. The far infrared sauna at the office is great.

I was left in a room and was checked on every 15 to 20 minutes. Each session lasted up to 45 minutes. I was told my sessions were exhausted. It went pretty quick. Did it help? Not too much for my tingling and numbness but it was worth a try. I was glad to have the experience of acupuncture but it may help more for pain. I would suggest giving it a try but make no guarantees but every case may be different.
