Beatriz is God sent! I came to her for a foreign lash fill after I hated my fill from a previous lash extension business. I came in with twisted lashes and a bunch of glue from the other place. It looked terrible. I found Beatriz through this yelp, and her positive reviews all are true. She fixed my old lashes and made me feel so much better. LEFT GLUE IN MY LASHES AND TOTALLY UNPROFESSIONAL! I went to Beatriz for a lash lift. It was my first time with any kind of eyelash treatment. First off my appointment was changed without notice. I just got an automated text but she didn't bother to reach out to check if that was ok with me. When I arrived at my appointment I waited in the waiting room for 20 minutes without being greeted. Once I got into the small room there was another woman getting her lashes done at the same time. Not exactly COVID friendly. Beatriz was going back and forth between both of us. She started without explaining the treatment to me at all even tho she knew it was my first time. I could tell she was rushing and not taking her time which made me uncomfortable considering that eyelashes are very delicate and that she was using chemicals very close to my eyeballs. I could tell the other woman was a friend because they were discussing a party they were both at. She didn't bother to make conversation with me at all. At the end, I asked her if the number I had texted her at before the appointment was the correct one to send a Zelle payment and she said yes and confirmed she had gotten the payment. I wanted to get out of there as quickly as possible so didn't notice all the glue she left in my lashes until I got to my car. They are also to evenly lifted. I texted her about how to get the glue out of my lashes and she said it was normal and that if I washed my lashes for 24 hours I would lose my curl. So my options were to walk around with sticky lashes for 24 hours or lose my money. Once I got home I did some research and found that leaving glue behind is totally not normal! Then she texted me that she had not received the payment because I sent it to the wrong number even tho I confirmed it before I left. Of course, this was no surprise because she was distracted working on two people at once. JUST AN AWFUL EXPERIENCE. PLEASE DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND GO ELSEWHERE! read more
