I was in contact with the clean team. They offered a few options for times. They said their appointments were filling up so i picked a time and.....have not heard back. I have sent yelp messages and called more than once. No reply or response at all ...nothing. The appointment was supposed to be today and it's too late to get someone else. I understand things happen but a reply is not to much to ask for. Now They are saying it was yelps fault. That is a straight lie. I called and left 2 messages The calls were to the business number not through yelp and were not after 5. Its ok to overbook or not be able to do. Just own it and be honest so i could have scheduled someone else. Not good business practice not good anything They say they care about every customer... not true. What can I say? They were awesome at being able to fit me in on short notice in time for the Holidays. They were both very professional, and got my apartment cleaner than I knew it could be (okay I did know, but...). They took a lot of initiative, I didn't give a lot of direction and they knew what needed to be done, cleaning areas that I knew needed to be done but forgot to mention, as if they read my mind! Jeremy and Amie are a great cleaning team. They were able to accommodate our last minute scheduling and also was willing to drive out of their service area. They are thorough and professional, reasonably priced and did a great job on the move out cleaning of my daughter's home, that she'd just sold. The Clean Team makes my life easier! Jeremy and Amie do a great job at deep cleaning our carpets, hardwood, laminate and tile flooring. The bathrooms sparkle and shine too. My kitchen is spotless!!!
