I love this place!…read more I find staff is friendly and knowledgeable in their departments and they will make sure that you are fully helped before assisting someone else. I frequent the gun/hunting and fishing sections when I go and it's always been an excellent experience. Hours there have changed for the better or back to the original hours (depending how you want to view it) so they open at 9am again. Always a good thing to visit the bargain cave when your here, there are some good gems in there from time to time.

I liked the women's sneakers. Out of the entire batch, I only found two pairs that were size 11. It's slim pickings if you have large feet for a woman. If you are size 10 and under, you'll have better success. I didn't want to get a men's pair. The colours weren't cheerful to me. The track outfits looked nice. They were discounted, but not heavily. I played with a basketball. This store had nice basketball designs besides your typical brownish colour. The one that I was bouncing around was inflated nicely. This place also a decent selection caps. I didn't see a huge discount happening in this section, either. It was great browsing. I just wish that there were more women's size 11 shoes available. However, when getting fitted for skis, the owner confirmed that despite already having boots, we would still need to pay to rent a pair. What is most frustrating is that we bought the boots because they didn't have my daughter's size...and then found out afterwards that we still had to pay to rent a pair.

This company falsely advertises boots they don't have online (while advertising to be the premier…read moretactical gear supplier in Canada), they will even allow you to "buy" them and send you a confirmation but then claim they don't have them anymore and offer you a boot of less value without giving you back the difference. When I called to inquire how they could advertise and sell online a boot then claim not to have it, they responded by saying the website was not up to date (odd claim for a company that markets themselves as the "Premier" tactical supplier in Canada). Further to that, a "Supervisor" said that no money had been withdrawn from my account as part of the sale due to the order being on hold (which didn't make much sense to me and the gentlemen gave me the impression he just wanted to get off an uncomfortable call for him). You can imagine my surprise after checking my online banking and it turning out that the "supervisor" was in fact incorrect. They advertise "exceptional service" which is hilarious as there is nothing professional about their conduct or service. This company should have done the right thing and sourced the boots they sold me from somewhere else even it at cost to them. This is what happens when companies advertise falsely and lie to draw customers into their sales pipeline. Disgustingly predatory sales practices from a company that purports to asset and equip Law Enforcement and Armed Forces.

During the wait, I was promised more than two times by their team member Melissa Afonso and Ramanpreet Kaur that my pants is arriving. First false promise occur after 1 month of payment and the second occur after 5 months. The pants worth 350 before tax, not expensive but not cheap either. Such a disappointing and regretting experience dealing with these people as they shamelessly treat your purchase and your money as nothing.
