About 3 weeks ago I went to the store and bought many items including 3 t-shits. The t-shirt were on clearance apparently. I bought a size large as I typically do and put one of the t-shirts on when I got home and it was way too small. Drove 40 miles back to the store 2.5 weeks later with the tags still on and receipt and asked for a refund. I was informed that I could only get store credit as clearance items are final sale. I explained that did not work for me and further, you did not tell me the sale was final. The clerk said, "we are very clear on that, check the receipt". I said to the clerk, do you not see how illogical your are being, you are claiming you told me via a receipt that it is a final sale AFTER the purchase! I then walked over to the multiple clearance racks and asked can you show me anywhere that you post this final sale policy, it was nowhere to be found. He then starts threatening me that I need to leave the store, I am like OMG seriously. The next day I get a message from the guy at the store via my LINKEDIN account!! He continues to rant in the message and and was sent from an account that showed it was deleted after I tried to respond. WOW can not believe they used my personal information in this way! Next stop corporate, maybe they can give some coaching the the young lad!

I love this store because they make cute clothes for plus size women and the customer service here…read moreis awesome. The women who work here are so happy to help you put together outfits based on what event your shopping for. They always have good sales and coupons you can sign up for. The only downside is, its hit or miss when it comes to me finding anything that fits my horribly shaped body. Also, I've had a run in with a bad attitude associate one night, but if you come during the day, the service is better :)
