In this Arndale Centre floor, it is located on the bottom of 3 floors, of course specializing in male clothing. Topman has even gone to be a big brand in its' own right, despite just being the "younger sibling" of Topshop, who follows it wherever it goes, being in most of its' stores even across Saudi Arabia, Ukraine, Qatar, Brazil and France. This store seemed to stock a large range of clothes, but some of them just looked like junk, and something you wouldn't even find in F and F at Tesco, one item of clothing looked like a cross between an Anorak and a parcel box, you would get from Amazon. Totally Unappealing! The staff seemed okay, they didn't stand out. It is a decent size, located in a larger Topshop, store and it does look pretty modern from the outside with a cool size, and looks okay on the inside, definitely nicer than Sports Direct and more premium than that, but not a high end department store like Selfridge or John Lewis. This store isn't great, they seem to try and make anything look fashionable and luckily, they didn't manage to fool me. This store isn't terrible, but it isn't great either and sadly I feel it does not warrant anything over two stars.

Not mine, that'd be disgusting. And to be honest, some of the clothes are pretty cool. For girls too. I kid you not. I saw a very cute lesbian couple shopping in there but I've known straight friends to do so also. For comfy logo tees, fabulous hats and cool sunglasses, it doesn't matter if you're male or female, it's all good. Topman seems to be riding on being in Noel Fielding's good books as it's all about bright colours, flamboyancy and being slightly metrosexual, but there's nothing wrong with that, is there? And the cheap jeans, basic tees and shirts come rated highly amongst my male friends. The shoes might be a little bright and beautiful for your average office Joe but you never know what he gets up to on Friday nights. And compared with its female counterpart, the prices are actually really reasonable. I personally prefer this branch to the standalone one next to my beloved Swedish Clas, as ironically this one has a slightly larger range. Girl or boy, Topman is top, man. See what I did there? They also sell umbrellas, handbags and shoes accessories such as shoe horns and polish. The staff are always friendly and say hello when you walk through the door. They are always happy to help too and don't mind if you ask them to try on lots of different shoes and size. Another good thing about faith is that they do go up to a size 9 and have a wide leg range in their boots. They aren't the cheapest shoe shop around but the shoes they do sell are top quality and in my honest opinion worth the extra money. If you are on a budget its worthwhile looking out for the sales at Christmas, summer and spring time as many great bargains can be had.

Choosing tactfully to go on a Sunday at opening time, it was a wise move as I was in and out of the Traff in less than two hours. It was THE perfect visit and Banana Republic had a bit part to play in that. The store is decent sized, light and airy (mens is on the ground floor with womens upstairs - which was refreshing as we usually have to trek upstairs, ladies!). They're owned by Gap Inc but it has a more upscale image. The clothes are all nicely displayed, all the sizes are there and the friendly staff on-hand to help. One of them kindly offered to pop the few things I'd picked to try in one of the fitting rooms whilst I perused the rest of the shop (a sales ploy most likely, but it was still appreciated). I felt like I was in one of those expensive shops you see celebs in on Rodeo Drive, with a personal shopper and staff who know what you want before you say anything. Great clothes and a great store, you made a reluctant shopper happy.

It's located inside the entrance walkway to the Chill Factore, sharing the space with other stores such as Subvert (for snowboarders) and The North Face. They have two levels, with the upper one for ski equipment and the ground floor for clothing, jackets and accessories such as headgear, hats, gloves and goggles. Most of the better-known snowsports brands are in there so you know you're getting quality goods. They stock women's, men's and children's clothing. The staff were really helpful, dashing off to locate the keys for the fitting rooms and checking their stock inventory for a particular pair I was after. Great customer service. Tip: recommend shopping here during the off-season months if you can and not during winter like I had to do, as you might grab a bargain.

Zara is a lovely place to check out, but this one like it has progressed from the last time I…read morevisited 2 months ago but still has some changes that are needed. The ground floor was actually pretty organized this go round but it's really hard to find an employee to assist. One issue is possible because the employees look just like a regular shopper so you are unsure who to ask except the cash register individuals. The escalator going to the second floor was broken, so you will have to walk unless you can get on their elevator. On the second floor they also have self checkout and exchange and return registers. When I was asking an employee a question that was at the exchange/return counter, she was really on edge which I am unsure why. She finally just dismissed me and told me to go to another counter to check out since the self checkout machines cause so many issues. All I needed was an employee code to proceed with taking the locks off. Went up to floor three and the cash register employee that assisted me was so sweet and helpful! Normally I love Zara's for odd and end pieces but this one could work on customer service and working with finding a way to help the layout more shopper friendly.
