This is a sports shop situated in St Marks square, which sells excellent value products and can get some real bargains on well branded names. The latest deal they had saw the England football shirts reduced from £50 to £4.49 a real bargain. I love this shop for grabbing bargains, they also sell a lot of character childrens wear which is really god such as lazy town and barbie. they have a wide choice of trainers which again have loads off the rrp. My main criticism and its not just this store but all their stores, is that the store is that crammed full of products there is no room to move and you definately cannot get in with a pushchair. the checkouts are alwasy right in the back corner of the store, which are difficult to get to and the queues are always really long as never seem to have enough staff on. read more

I worked here as a student and it was one of the most exciting times of my life. However as a customer, whilst the prices are low, the staff are unhelpful so unless you can grab a manager (one of the guys I used to work with is still there) you may have to wait a long time, or really look, to get what you want, if at all. It wasn't like that whilst I was working there! Another problem, as previously stated, is there is way too much stock. This has always been a problem, and it was hoped that by moving to the old T.K Maxx site, the situation would improve, hovever it has only improved slightly. read more

What a shame, after visiting this store a few times it's a mixed bag of staff service. I enquired whether it would be possible to exchange a purchase item of clothing for another if I didn't have a receipt. A helpful advisor told me to choose an item I would like to swap it for and take the items to the till. When I got to the till a smiling clerk called for a supervisor to assist and the level of service took a sharp down turn. A lady with long, dark hair spoke so loudly throughout the conversation that the other two queues of customers appeared to be included. She asked me multiple times whether I had bought the item there which I assured her I had, but I obviously wasnt believed. By this time I wanted the whole thing to be over. She decided (still loudly) that it was an item that had been sold there but that she wasnt able to exchange it. That was the end of the conversation: no smile, no apology, she just turned away. Sorry SD in Lincoln, this woman let you down, unlike her younger colleagues. read more
