Apparently when setting it up, they agreed to limit themselves each to their country (Canada and the US) in order to stay out of competition and to simplify things for the people who make this kind of specialty equipment. Whether true or not, they have certainly stuck to their corners and MEC remains a one stop shop for all kinds of specific outdoor gear at an always fair price. Plus, I love the people who work here. Gear nerds with none of the gear snobbery, totally happy to help you with whatever level you're at. In these Covid times, I took advantage of their website to order some baby outdoor gear (I am that mama, and I'm ok with it.) The website doesn't have everything you can find in store, or a ton of options in any category, but if you spend hours looking at life jackets online like I did, you'll come back here when you realize they have the only one you need.

I almost gave up but my fingers were numb, so I tried the last store in the "Time Out Mall" @ Decathlon; in Montreal. I bought (3) different types of winter gloves which totaled $93 , (1) Wedze, (2) Forclaz, I was happy w/ my purchases. I walked around & found lots of sports items too @ Decathlon. It's now my Goto spot. So, look no further this is the 1 stop shop so many choices. I recommend this store.

The owner Robert was very friendly and helpful. Huge selection of hats, jerseys, and other team apparel - and not just the Montreal teams. Also a nice selection of historic jerseys. So this is a double great review - one for Yelp for recommending this store, and one for LogoSports. Robert was the bat boy for the Montreal Expos back in the day so lots of baseball apparel too. Go here first if you're looking for logo apparel and save some money for the great food in Montreal. I don't know why the review says I'm from San Francisco, I'm from the East Coast.

Really wanted. We did find it elsewhere but when we tried to return the original pair the same day, we where told NO Refunds. This is not how you stay in business. I was having issues trying to find a bike shop that wouldn't charge me my first born and put me on…read morea year waiting list. Came to this spot and boy oh boy was I pleased with their service. Love that their was nobody in line when I showed up. Did not need an appointment and was done on the spot. I just needed to change the bake tire and tube and working 10-15 minutes the man working on my bike brought it out smiling and explaining everything. My low-average review is because of the service not the work that they do…read more When you walk inside you imidiatly get the feeling these people know what they are doing. They act like pros and the service I got was good. So why am I not satisfied and reward them with a higher rank? Because they overprice and give you a feeling you dont get your money worth and I will explain: I walked in with a flat, they charged me 12$ for a tube that cost 7$ in Sports experts so I guess they buy it for maximum 5$ but even at 6$ they make 100$ profit. Thats greedy but they also charge 10$ for the work so 22 for a flat (before tax!). I also bought a new tire (wheel) so I payed almost 60$ and than I asked if he can just look (not fix) the front brake he said sure but that is another 10$...most places will say sure and only charge you if there is a problam, I mean 10$ for looking at a spinning wheel. It may sound petty but that is the diffrence between a nice pro bike store that treats you like a person and wants to see you return and a place that looks at you like a walking wallet with no personal touch.
