He was making a copy of something for me when the phone rang. Keep in mind, it was one (1) copy of the physician's order for PT. The phone rang, he answered it and left me sitting there. He went to a computer around the corner and I waited. Finally, I gave up and left. First impression is everything for a new patient, client, customer, etc. Doesn't the manager realize you finish with your current client before you leave them to attend to a phone call? I left, went to another agency, scheduled an appointment (uninterrupted I might add) and cancelled my appointment with ATI. The ATI therapists may be outstanding but I will never know. I do know I won't give my business to anyone who doesn't have the common courtesy to finish helping me before attending to someone else.

They made room for me the same day, gave me a total treatment and I walked out straight and "high" - so happy to know I could return to a worry-free life (...so I went to the store and bought a quart of Tillamook Butter Pecan ice cream!). There is a light-hearted atmosphere, staff is courteous and very efficient. Dr. Wallace is a healthy, kind, and knowledgeable doctor who LISTENS to his patients and answers every question. He also provided detailed after care advice including selective exercises and pertinent points to my condition. After being let in to see Dr. Holford, there was 15 minutes of paperwork followed by another 45 minutes wait to be called back to be seen. Dr. Holford did not apologize, nor did the staff. Dr. Holford was impersonal, gave my mother a cortisone shot and sent us away. I will never, ever utilize the Silver Bluff Aiken-Orthopedic facility again. What horrid treatment of a 90 year old person with absolutely no apologies. Never, ever again. I highly recommend using a different service.

They did nothing for her and the attitude of the staff was abhorrent! The staff to patient ratio is the main downfall. WAY understaffed and care reflects it.
