The shop itself is a decent size and it is easy to walk round and look at what is on offer unlike some other charity shops I have been to which can be extremely cramped. There is the usual selection of bric-a-brac, clothes and toys. Unfortunately there is no changing room and although they are happy for you to bring things back if they don't fit I do think this is a bit of a draw back and it does put me off buying clothes from here. However, things are well priced and you may well pick up a bargain!

The staff are friendly and they shop is well presented although there is not a lot of room to look around as the isles are quite narrow. This can be awkward if you go when it's really busy. Although some of the items are quite expensive they do hold some good sales too which makes a trip worthwhile.

The clothes are well laid out, so it's easy to get around the store, even if you have a push chair. Jewellery, underwear and shoes are located at the back of the store, behind the 9-15 section. There is always a good sale going on, and constatnly a good few offers! The changing rooms can be a little cramped, depending on which one you're in, but they are a lot of them, so you rarely have to queue.

I always used to get some good bargains from here but I don't always seem to find them here nowadays. They sell mens and womens clothing downstairs and then they have childrens and teenagers clothing along with underwear for women upstairs. This is a well planned out shop that offers all the latest fashions and accessories. They also have great sales on in January too. This is about the only time that I do visit this shop nowadays though due to their prices slightly increasing. I have always managed to get parking outside of the shop though when I have visited here without any problems.

Mackays is in the centre of Beccles and has a good selection of mens, ladies and childrens…read moreclothing. Once you enter the shop it's very well presented with all it's stock on display. There seems to be more ladies and childrens clothes though rather than mens. Upstairs within the shop is mainly the childrens clothes. They have young childrens on one side and older to teenagers on the other. Prices throughout are really good and the same goes for the quality. They do have sales on in the New Year too and I often look in here for some bargains for my grandchildren as they grow so fast. Members of staff are constantly walking around the shop floors sorting out clothes or serving customers on the tills but if you ever need help they are more than happy to help you.
