I leave this review after receiving five months of physical therapy for shoulder issues. When I first started they came up with the sound set of exercises that I could do and I had a routine for every session but I had. Leah is the head of the physical therapy team. She always asks about your pain level and assesses you each day. However there is a little amount of supervision at this establishment. They seem to be understaffed and have to many patients. I actually just switch physical therapists and I'm getting physical therapy at a nearby location, which does a much more thorough job. The fact is that although they are very nice at downtown spine the quality of treatment is sub par. The availability of appointments is pretty good. They usually have many spots open. However they are not open very early in the morning. And if you are getting treatment towards the end of the day, things can seem rushed. Another thing that really bothered me about downtown spine was that you always had different physical therapists working on you. One or two of them are very good at what they do. The rest are average and often don't know exactly what you need as far as your treatment program. Some of them don't even seem to know how to stretch you the correct way. Hope this helps!

In my 9 months visiting (or doing telehealth) 2-3x weekly for my ACL tear & post-surgery rehab from March to November 2020, he answered all of my endless questions about surgery and recovery, and helped me buy what I needed to successfully recover more than my original strength at home. He is very communicative. His office makes figuring out insurance easy. We started working with Dr Tadros when he was about 7 weeks old... by 10 weeks my son was able to latch and was receiving most of his at home meals directly from me vs the bottle. When he was using the bottle, he was much more efficient and we weren't losing most of my pumped milk to his shirt! We've now been working together for 3 months and his head shape has drastically improved and he's stronger than ever -- he just loves tummy time! She also has given us tons of advice for at-home activities, toys and other supports. I'm actually not sure what we'd do at home with our kids, if it wasn't for her guidance. We're now working with Dr Tadros to help our daughter (they're twins) with some muscle tightness and feeding issues. At 16 weeks my daughter finally learned to latch, her clicking while on the bottle has stopped, and like her brother, she's much more efficient while feeding from the bottle.
