We grabbed on and headed to the register which lead to a mediocre at best interaction. I understand as a cashier it is not always the duty to handle the whole store but you are the last impression a customer has before they leave. The item we purchased not only rang up incorrectly than they price marked but when I let her know that the area was in disarray her response was...." I know I have seen it". She was pleasent but that doesn't fix my impression of a place I am spending my money at. This is a second attempt to purchase a suit here and we left the first time because it was a mess to dig through. If this was not the last resort we would have gone elsewhere.

We stayed downstairs over my the shoes. They had alot of the Adidases and Nikes out and they look really nice, but alot of the other brands were kept in their warehouse and you must use the kiosk to request them to be brought out to try on. Once he did that I thought it would take awhile for them to go get them and hand them over, but it was maybe 5 mins or so and they were very polite about it. He tried two pair on and chose the pair that closely matched his uniform. He gave the other pair back and we took the other to the cashier, nothing to note about purchasing them, just fast and polite. Seems fine to me.

Well, I took a look at the reviews…read morethat go up to 8 years back and do hope Dick's has fixed any apparent issues that may or may not have arisen in the past. I got to take a good look around at what DSG offers on my visit. I will say, from what I see, it's a pretty good full service sports venue when it comes to the popular sports of today, indoor and outdoor. It's good for team gear, jersey's hats etc. for mostly FL teams like the Jags, FSU, UF, UGA - I even thought about getting a new Jags ball cap for myself! It was the perfect style I like. But I wanted to purchase it at LIDS and then to my surprise, I discovered there no more LIDS at Town Center!! Overall, I really was impressed in just about all sections of Dick's with the size of these areas, how well organized they were, and what they offered. The golf and outdoors section (fishing, biking, camping, etc.) was really impressive! There also is no shortage on sports wear, whether for the gym or going casual. Dick's Sporting Goods is worth your visit to Town Center if you want to pick up anything for your hobby or sport you participate in - or for just plain old workouts in the gym. Just know, like other sports outlets, hobbies these days are pricey! And Dick's prices sail in the range of the other large sports outlets in the area as well. It's always good to look for deals when you can find them in a place like Dicks - I'd keep an eye out for the holidays! For now, I think Dicks deserves its 4 stars and it's a place I'll surely visit again. Recommend: HIGH

Bought a bike online, they canceled my order cause apparently something was "damaged" in the box…read more Didn't call me or let me know. Had to go find out my order wasn't available. Then said I could just order another... why didn't they do that in the first place? The bikes were out of stock... that's why. Ruined the last good one. Now I'm forced to get it shipped in from warehouse for $35 more dollars and they said they won't wave the fee? Like why do I have to pay $35 on top cause yall broke/had a faulty bike? How is that on the customer? How wouldn't that fee be waved. Literally forced to get one in my road trip so I don't have to pay the shipping for a bike that said it was READY FOR PICK UP! How is it "ready for pick up." Then canceled after? Doesn't even make sense. If it was broken out of the box, why would have ever said ready for pick up?

Check out lines are never long, so that part of the shopping experience is always a breeze. If you need assistance, it's never difficult to find a friendly employee willing to help. As a matter of fact, whenever I'm in the store, generally more than one employees always approaches me asking if I need assistance. There are certain things we shop here for on a regular basis. I only use Speedo swimming goggles and they have a nice selection here. While not cheap, hubby loves Under Amour for working out... sometimes they even have nice sales on it. And while they don't have a very large selection of Reef flip flops, they do have a decent enough selection that hubby can usually find a pair he likes.
