We went in to find a competitive swim suit and were sorely disappointed. First you can't look through them with out them all falling off the rack. Second they have zero organization. We grabbed on and headed to the register which lead to a mediocre at best interaction. I understand as a cashier it is not always the duty to handle the whole store but you are the last impression a customer has before they leave. The item we purchased not only rang up incorrectly than they price marked but when I let her know that the area was in disarray her response was...." I know I have seen it". She was pleasent but that doesn't fix my impression of a place I am spending my money at. This is a second attempt to purchase a suit here and we left the first time because it was a mess to dig through. If this was not the last resort we would have gone elsewhere. read more

6-5-22 We stopped at this location on our way home to South Florida. What the original draw was to this shopping plaza was Newk's for a quick bite. After we came in here to get our son some sneakers that he had wanted for his birthday. Also my hubby was able to get a pair of shoes for himself that are so comfy and that he adores. Prices and selection are great and they had the sizes that we needed. At check out surprisingly they had the reward account information for hubby from up north when he lived in Boston. Nice of them to take the time to check. Dick's is large enough that they will carry everything you need in the way of athletic footwear. We would definitely stop at this location again when we are in the area. read more

If you need something shipped, do not go to Dick's. The shoes I ordered shipped the day they were supposed to arrive, and were shipped without being sealed shut. Something as simple as removing the adhesive backing and closing a box was beyond them. The shoes arrived 3 days late, and there was no useable tracking information given. The tracking info on the site is garbage and never updates. I wish I could give a negative star rating. read more

This location is the closest to us, so it's the one we've been coming to the most lately. It's a bit larger than the one located at Orange Park Mall, but the location at OPM actually has more of a selection. Go figure. We just had to go to OP last week to pick something up because they didn't have what we were looking for here. Customer service is good. Friendly and helpful. We've not had trouble finding help when we need it and often employees will approach us and ask if we need assistance. The store is very clean and nicely organized. I really like Dick's and the hubby is definitely a huge fan of Dick's. This is the store he always wants to come to just to look around. I like sports too, so I don't really have a problem with that. If they just had a slightly larger selection, I would have given 5 stars. read more

We needed camping chairs and what better spot to gather purchase some. Definitely a bit more pricey than other spots. It's been a while since I've been on a Dicks so I was surprised to see all the clothes but a pair of shorts was $65-say what??? Customer service friendly and very clean & organized store. read more

Stopped in to get some shoes I needed and asked the young lady at the door (Toni) where I could find them. She gave excellent directions & I found them in 30 seconds! Went in looking for additional magazines for a gun, but the gun section is so anemic that there was only about 3 choices available. Unfortunately Dick's has really gone downhill when it comes to Hunting and Firearms, and giving up a huge market segment because of it. Even at Field and Stream it has really gone down, but not as bad. read more

This is the closest location to us....It's nice and clean... The store is well-organized....This is a great store to walk around and look at all the latest sports gear... It's a Dick's sporting goods. It is where you come when you just want to throw your money away. Instead of shopping around and good elsewhere. Where the prices are better. I remember but vaguely once stopping into their store in Town Centre. I am shoe hunting and I have been everywhere else form the carnival to the cadmey place and found what I think I wanted. I'm not really the lucky guy that can every place has shoes for them. I'm a kind of see what they have in my size 14 range. This looks great but they have a size 10 or 11. Ok how about that baby footed pair over there colored purple and red high glossy things. Anyway I quickly couldn't find a single pair in my size so I walked out destined to be barefooted if Dick had his way. I love going to dicks they always have a huge selection of all sports stuff and the staff is usually very helpful and happy. But I hardly every buy anything as they are super expensive. I usually go check it out at dicks then look online and get it cheaper. Especially clothes. Even there clearance stuff is super expensive. I am sure it's not there fault but just saying. read more

This location is close to my office so it's pretty convenient. I usually only come in here to check out the clearance items. If you hit it during sales times you can get some really good deals. read more

Customer service is horrible. I walked around the store for 15 minutes without seeing a single employee. When I asked where the item was I was looking for they pointed to the back of the store and said in camping. Useless! read more

Dicks is a great sports store. But this dicks is the worst I have experienced. There are no workers that help they just walk around and do nothing. You pretty much have to chase a worker down and hope one of them might know what your talking about. read more

2nd time I have gone in knowing what I wanted, first time was gun section and today was shoe section. You stand and wait and look around for help and get nothing. Staff is lazy, only person to walk by was security. Apparently they are more concerned about customers stealing that buying. Don't worry not a thief, but now NOT returning. read more
