I bought my 2014 f150 in 2015 from Spotless when all the banks denied me a loan and other dealers were trying to get my trade in for next to nothing. So I went to spotless to replace my windshield. The service was fast and fantastic, and all of the employees were very friendly. An odd odour was emitting from my "newly" purchased car. I couldn't tell from where though. One day smoke was coming from under the hood. I took the car back to Spotless to have it checked out. I was told it was the rustproof burning off, which I didn't agree with. The next day the car smoked even more. I took it to "my" mechanic to inspect the issue, who confirmed that the radiator was indeed leaking, and that the smell was anti-freeze. I was advised to take the car back to Spotless for the car was still within the "Safety" warranty period, AND that Spotless Auto should fix the problem at no charge. When I posed the question to "Spotless" I was told NO. They told me the labor time was 9 hours to replace the radiator and the cost of the part was $425 PLUS the taxes. My mechanic AND Nurse Chevrolet both confirmed that the labor time was 3.1 hours and Napa Auto Parts quoted me $385 for the part. Why not cover the repair under the "Safety" warranty and Why such a difference in labor and parts?? At the end, it was settled that we would go 50/50 on the repair using 3.1H labor and the lower part price. The smell miraculously disappeared! My Invoice #001181, and the amount paid was $377.34. Had my truck fully detailed in and out...they left a stain on the front seat...gone back twice,stain still there.....i will not recommend to anyone......poor,poor.....i had the stain removed elsewhere.......bad customer service spotless!!! They also left some nice swirl marks on my paint......NOT GOING BACK! read more

I had visited Spotless auto care in early June of 2011 and was over whelmed by the excellent customer service and attention to detail when working on my vehicle. I had inicially visited Spotless for a interrior detailing when they had advised me I had a small stone chip in my windshield and my tires were low on air. They quickly repaired the stone chip and even took the time to rotate my tires aswell as filling them up. I will continue to visit Spotless for any of my car care needs and will refer this company to friends and family. read more

who woulda known they could make your car look brand new for 150 bucks, worth every penny. looks great!
