We had a boot replaced and they couldn't get to us with all the rain delays. He came out and covered the boot to prevent more leaking inside, and then he along with a crew member came out on a Saturday morning to replace the boot. Superior convinced me that they had the right cleaning solutions to clean my brick without harming it. And the price seemed reasonable. So I gave them a chance and couldn't be happier that I did. The brick (and the rest of the house) is clean and probably looks like it did when it was built in 1955. They were very professional while they were working. And nothing they did harmed my landscape. I don't expect to have to clean my exterior again for a number of years, but I would use them again and I will take advantage of their other services when I need them.
