On 03/01/2022, The owner, Mario Rivera, and I contracted for him to remove and replace (2) pocket…read moredoors alone with the the wheels (not the track). I purchased (2) pocket doors, (2) sets of wheels and caulking. I was not available to closely supervise his work. Bottom line, he failed to remove and replace the doors. What he did, was to switch the portion of the door that was in the wall with the portion that had been used (exposed) since the building of the condo. However, he presented them as the new doors, but it was only the different end of the doors. Also, he failed to remove and replace the wheels because he said it was too hard to do, he only repaired them. At the end, he took away my new doors as if they were the ones he removed.
