I agreed to let him try - against my better judgment. Mark canceled the first appointment due to "equipment issue". Then he canceled the second time because it was raining, even though the rain has stopped well before the 1:30 pm appointment and my porch is 90% covered. Finally, instead of following through he canceled altogether saying he just "didn't want to work with me". The reality is he didn't want to stand by his work. Unprofessional, unreliable and dismissive. Save yourself the headache and find someone who takes pride in what they do. If I could, I would give him 0 stars.
