I've had my hair done many times by Kim who is great at listening to what you want and also offering her expert opinion too. When Kim hasn't been available I've still had great results from the other staff standing in for her. They always check you are happy with what you're having done and don't fob you off with anything. It actually feels like I'm having a treat when I'm here. This is how hair salons should be.
