This was hands-down the worst experience we've ever had with a contractor. They clearly had no idea what they were doing. They didn't know how to pour a footer, left out rebar, skipped grout in the block cavities, and even cut bricks just to hide rebar they placed in the wrong spot -- which meant the bricks didn't fit properly. The result? A crooked, unstable mess with grout smeared all over the face of the wall like a bad joke. They dragged the job out forever, ignored concerns, and ghosted us when it was clear they messed up. We had to go to the Registrar of Contractors, and even after that, they refused to fix major problems. We gave them a final shot out of good faith -- and it was more corner-cutting, lies, and negligence and abandonment- the lies they even told the judge were unbelievable from people who claim to be professional- but they didn't get away with it- they have multiple complaints against them now, I wouldn't be surprised if they loose their license- make sure to check first! This crew is dangerous, unskilled, and dishonest. Avoid them at all costs. Protect yourself: check contractor licenses, look up complaints, and contact the ROC if you're already stuck dealing with them -- they were the only ones who helped.

No other screen company in Tucson would fix it including a local company that installed two other rolling screens in our home. After months of correspondence with the manufacturer, Sonesta Screens hired Citi-Wide Handyman as their new Az representative. Heather from Citi-wide got involved and began the process of getting our screen replaced. She kept us informed, responded to our questions and assured us we would be taken care of. Heather then sent out Eddie who with Leon visited our home and scheduled a time to come and install the new screen. They were helpful, knowledgeable and keep us informed. Turned out that the manufacturer shipped them the wrong screen color. They installed it anyway so we would finally have a working screen and then brought us the sample book and ordered the correct screen. They returned and installed it as soon as it arrived. I am appreciative of Citi-Wide's service and customer care. We have already requested other services from them. I highly recommend them.

During the original clean-up of the backyard, oleanders were supposed to be trimmed but weren't. City-Wide apologized and said they would take care of it at their cost but continued to not do the trimming. I brought this to their attention and am now being told that I will have to pay an hourly rate of $100.00 for them to trim the oleanders. I even have an email from them stating they would do this at no charge. Obviously, they do not stand by their word.
