Jared and Kaytee are absolute pros! I've been dealing with a disc issue from flying off a jet ski in Cabo last year lol. I saw a few different doctors at the Methodist hospital. They suggested physical therapy and if that didn't work a steroid shot and or a minimally invasive surgery. I decided to try physical therapy. I'm glad I was recommended Airrosti by Dr. Siddiqui at the Texas spine center. Back pain: it all started around 5/28 I knew something wasn't right. It felt like I pulled my hamstring. No pain in the low back just yet. Just in my glute and back of hamstring. A month passed them I had a pretty severe back spasm. Hurt like hell! I had already had X rays I figured it was time to get an MRI to see what was going on. 7MM herniated disc. I started physical therapy and the healing began. Jared is a really smart guy and does such a great job and helping you feel normal again he helps with getting rid of pain. Dr. Alvarado is awesome. She helped fix up two different injuries. Great bedside manner. Spends time to explain things in a way you understand. Great listener. First time, my competitive athlete sprained his ankle during competition season. Dr. Alvarado got him back to competition level within 7 appointments. He still does the exercises she taught him and entire year later. He is 100% back to normal and came away with new info that will help him prevent future injuries. 2nd time was for me. I had a shoulder sprain and partial rotator cuff tear while practicing my sport. Within 5 appointments I regained 95% of my mobility. Within 4 months, I am 100% back to practicing my relatively risky sport. I still do the exercises and muscle rolling she taught me. Dr. Alvarado is wonderful. Not only did she get us back to normal, we came away with more information on how to stretch and strengthen to improve mobility, flexibility, and prevent future injuries. I have suffered from neck, shoulder, arm, and hand pain for some time now. I type and click a lot while working, and I often work 10+ hours. We received an ad in our work email, so my husband and I decided to give it a try. Dr. Alvarado and Katy were both amazing. Dr. Alvarado has great bedside manner. She's so friendly and makes the experience go by so fast. She remembers you and what you've told her about your family and life which I think is a great quality to have. It makes it feel like you're talking with a friend. The treatment itself was very helpful. I knew what to expect since my husband and sister have both been to Airrosti, but be prepared that it's painful. You'll be very sore after the first time. However, you feel so much better. She digs into your muscles and gets out knots you have. After you're done with Dr. Alvarado, you'll go next door for the exercises they will teach you. Katy is very detailed and shows you how to do them. One tip, do the exercises! Some of them may seem silly, but they help a lot. My pain and symptoms decreased a lot after the first visit. I have never been to a Chiropractor or physical therapy so I was wary about being "adjusted", etc. I went to visit Dr. Jared Spoorer and his assistant Kaytee Bagley for lower back pain and extreme tightness in my hip flexors. Dr. Spoorer explained to me the Airrosti method and assured me there there would be no back cracking. He worked to loosen up my back which then started to relax my hip. Dr. Spoorer worked with me to come up with exercises to help and Kaytee made sure I know how to do the exercises. They took the time to explain the process, why they were doing what they did and I have benefited greatly from the 3 visits. I now know how to stretch the hip flexors and the other muscles involved and I have learned how to better strengthen my core which has helped immensely. I highly recommend this team. read more
