The staff has gone the extra mile to find products, help me navigate the phone for ace rewards and I had no problem when I returned a defective dehumidifier. I certainly don't understand the negative reviews. My experience with them has been extremely positive. Changes in staff over the years and I have had no issues with any. Staff is rude and discourteous. I needlessly got into a ridiculous argument with two checkers over merely asking if I received a discounted sale price. They acted as if I were asking an unreasonable question and responded with a complete condescending attitude. When I didn't back down and pushed back they folded like the cowards that they are. Don't believe me? Walk in and see how they act with customers. If rather drive over the hill to Home Depot than ever step in this store again. Went in 3x first time we bought fix.a flat. 2nd time we had to return the fix a flat because the first bottle was defective. Went in the third time to return the 2nd bottle and get a replacement for yet another defective bottle. The cashier said she cant because we already did a return. So we have to suffer a flat because of your shitty product?. Will NOT be going back there. read more
