I was introduced to Terlep Chiropractic a little over a year ago. I had continued discomfort / pain in my lower back and primarily in my right hip, due to many years of neglect and several motor vehicle accidents. I began to receive care from Terlep Chiropractic as I did not want traditional medicine i.e. surgery. Almost immediately I began to feel relief from these pains, I walked with an almost straight "peg leg" because I could not bear proper weight on my right leg without being in severe pain. Over the course of the next few months and proper care, it was suggested that I begin some physical therapy which Terlep Chiropractic also provides in house. After beginning physical therapy it took my progression to a whole other level, I work on my feet 12 hour shifts and have to carry heavy loads quite frequently throughout my shift. This is very taxing on my low back/hips, due to this progression of care I am able to perform these tasks with almost no pain these days and proper posture, something I have never had. The staff has always been very professional, have always listened and adapted to my concerns, provided excellent care throughout my plan of care. I was told in the beginning due to the fact these injuries were older and I had developed many deficiencies and bad habits it would take time and effort, both the Doctors care and physical therapy regimen provided stretching, exercises and activities at office and a home regimen to improve my progression of flexibility and mobility (things I am still doing today). I was also provided with a vitamin/supplement regimen to aid in my recovery, and tips on dietary habits to help shed a few extra pounds I had acquired mostly due to not moving without pain. Today I am very grateful and indebted to Terlep Chiropractic!!! I am much more active, my work shifts are performed with less pain and have the tools to use to work through it rather than regress, I have lost a total of 32 lbs between activity and dietary lifestyle changes. After my first accident, I was in a wreck. My back was killing me and I was unable to turn my head to either side. My friend told me about Terlep, I was a bit skeptical at first knowing how expensive these offices can be. I decided not to, only because financially I was unstable due to fees with my vehicle and lawyers. I was in Walmart and was accosted by an employee of Terlep named Jimmy, and he asked me if I had ever considered chiropractic care. I told him about my situation and how I was skeptical about the practice. I was offered a free chair massage and informed about their system, along with a deal I was unable to pass up, a free consultation meeting with a simple donation to the American Cancer Society. I arrived at the establishment and was greeted with the scent of lemongrass at the front doors, upon entering I was instantaneously greeted by the front desk. I spoke with Dustin about my appointment, sat down for only a few seconds, and was called up to be brought into a room. After getting a little tour of the facility by another front desk member, Nikki, I watched a short and informative film about chiropractic care. I talked with one of the doctors named Snyder after the film, in which he took me through a series of tests and stretches. I also got my x-rays taken while at the facility! I was brought back to the physical therapy department, where I was greeted by Priscilla, and taken to hydrotherapy, which is amazing by the way. I was walked up front by another member of the PT department Shannon, and scheduled my next appointment Cerease, who also took my x-rays. My first appointment changed my view point on chiropractic care, and have been going there for 4 months. The compassion and care that the doctors and staff have for everyone who comes in, shows with every visit I had. I have found Terlep Chiropractic to be an excellent place to go for all your chiropractic needs. The front desk is manned by a fellow named Dustin, and he is definitely in charge. Any questions, problems, concerns, etc. can either be answered by Dustin, or he will find the person who can answer your needs. Now ... go in back for your PT time, and a young woman by the name of Shannon will make sure that you get exactly what you need for physical therapy. Shannon is very knowledgeable about physical therapy, and she ... along with a fellow by the name of Paul, are both excellent at making sure your PT time will be prescribed accordingly for your back issues. These two people and their fine group of assistants, will make your chiropractic experience a satisfying visit of relief. But, don't forget to get your adjustment from one of the fine chiropractors on staff. I personally use Dr. G., and he is by far and away, one of the best chiropractors that I have ever used in my lifetime, which includes some 50 years of chiropractic treatment. Do yourself a favor, and see if Terlep Chiropractic takes your insurance, and if so ... then give them a try. I think that you'll be quite impressed! I've been going to Dr. Terlep office since the 90's for all of my chiropractic care and still currently going 2022. They turn ever visit into a positive visit for me. I have a lot of back issues and every time my back needs attention I call them and they will see me immediately. They have helped me in so many ways and have educated me about my care - knowing someone Literally has my back is priceless. The staff is amazing and I just adore them all - but there is always that one person that stands above the rest and he works upfront with the ladies and every single visit he has an amazing way of greeting you and up the room. I am sorry I don't remember your name - but I had to acknowledge your positive energy you bring to the office when I am there. Also- I love to listen to Dr. Terlep on the radio on station 99.9 FM in Springhill. I went to Terlep Chiropractic because of an acute issue I was having with my Sciatic. A problem I have had off and on for years. This time the problem was not going away and a friend of mine said I should see a Chiropractor. Choosing this office was the best thing I could have done! I was immediately given an appointment as a new patient within 24 hours. Upon my arrival I was greeting by several smiling faces eager to assist me in my time of severe pain. Not only were they friendly but efficient and knowledgeable. I started my journey at Terlep at the end of October 2017. I first met Jimmy and his staff at a health fair at the Hernando County fairgrounds. I set up an appt. for the following week. I have been nothing but totally pleased with each and every staff member that I have come in contact with. After meeting Serena and Dustin at the front counter, I proceeded to interact with Dr. Stookey,who then laid out the plan I would take in order to deal with the pretty intense pain in my neck. After each adjustment I received from Dr. Stookey I then went to the back where Anna and the staff took great care of me with my exercises, treatments, and massages. Dr. Ernandes took great care of me also. He also gave me an exercise routine that he designed specifically for me to address my neck issues. Great Experience: I am a 65 years old and 2 years ago I was diagnosed with a double tear to my right rotator. After not doing anything about it, I followed up with an orthopedic surgeon at a prominent Philadelphia hospital. I was told I needed a shoulder replacement and it wore on me mentally after being told I only had 20% use of my arm. I was using the good arm to lift the bad arm and being told that if I didn't have the shoulder replacement that I would eventually lose all use of the arm and it would just hang limp. I was in an auto accident (which was a blessing) and was advised to go to Terlep Chiropractic for whiplash on Northcliffe Blvd in Spring Hill, Fl. I have been going for 3 months for various treatments on both neck and arms and have experienced the most professional, educated, caring, and attentive Doctors and staff I have ever known. Just relocated to Florida. Had significant Chiro/PT in the past. Went to Terlep Chiropractic because they were in-network on my out of state medical insurance. First visit was mostly testing. Everyone took their time to really listen to what I had to say regarding my issues. Second visit I spoke the Dr. Coleman who explained the proposed treatment plan. While extensive, I expected it. Then I met with the financial representative. We spoke about my coverage, my care plan and my co-pay so there would be no surprises. I have been going there for over 6 weeks now. The staff is excellent... friendly and professional. Dr. Coleman, Dr. Stookey, Nurse Practitioner Nicole Demas, the PT staff and front desk staff have always treated me well and are concerned for my health and recovery. I have not had a scheduling issue (even when I needed to change appointments) or a financial issue (my co-pay has been all that was collected). Started at Terlep last month due to severe osteoarthritis made worse by a car accident. Wasn't sure what to expect. My prior chiro experiences were not great. This was very different. The office was spotless and fully equipped. Welcomed by front desk staff who could not be nicer. I immediately felt at home, comfortable. They offered help, refreshments.... Met Dr. Tellier - he was wonderful. Explained everything in detail, answered all my crazy questions. Went to the therapy room where the employees were so nice. Answered all my questions. Hydrotherapy was GREAT. Massage felt so good. They explain everything, answer any questions, and make your experience fun. Love them all - Paige, Dustin, Anna, Zoe... (don't know all the names yet). Danielle gave me the massage of my life. Icing on the cake. I left after a session, went outside to wait for my husband. It was raining. This is the best chiropractic place that I have ever been in. This place is clean and sanitary. I have aquired injuries from an auto accident and was referred by an attorney to make a appointment with Terlep. Dr Ryan Stookey is my recovery chiropractic physician. He has listened and understood me and I have fully understood and fully trust his directive plan to a natural full recovery. All staff have been curdious and respectful and caring. They all knowingly know how treat specific injuries and the injured. I have never experienced such kindness and caring people in chiropractic facility like this. They treat me like I am family in family comfort atmosphere. I am very pleased with the treatment I am receiving from Terlep Chiropractic. I've gone to four visits so far, and have been amazed with how quickly they were able to relieve my pain. Some may balk about their regimen schedule of treatments, but it takes time to correct long term injuries. My 5 star review is in 2 parts, first i would like to say that this office is so clean and comfortable you cant help but be at ease. They offer coffee/tea and flavored water while you wait, and you can watch and learn alot from the information screen in the lobby and rooms. And now for the staff, what a great bunch. Never did i enter the door without being greeted by a friendly smile and kind word. I never had to wait more than a couple minutes to see the Dr. who became my hero for getting me out of pain. and to the massage therapist who massaged my pain while i know you could have used a massage yourself. And although my treatment is finished for now, today i had to call for help with a care credit billing issue and Nicole was happy to help and was able to take care of my issue. I have been nothing but impressed with the entire staff at Terlep Chiropractic. Everyone is super friendly and helpful. Especially Shad back in the Physical Therapy department. He is extremely knowledgeable about all aspects of the muscular system and amazes me about all the different kinds of exercises he comes up with each and every visit. His sense of humor is great and he makes you feel like you have accomplished something each visit. If I could afford it I would make him my personal trainer, he's that good in my opinion. Efficient, professional, state of the art holistic healthcare. They try to make treatments not covered by insurance affordable and convenient. Great results from treatments for neck pain. Surgery is not the answer for many people. Also appreciate the support and involvement in the community. My only criticism is the noise in the waiting area. Dr. Terlep and staff try to create a healthy pleasant environment. You can see it, hear it and feel it from the moment you approach the building. However, the lobby has 20 ft. high ceilings and no sound buffers. Everything is amplified including staff conversations behind the desk, the squeaking of the entry door every time it swings open and close. Although patients never seem to wait very long, some times others do have to wait for the patient. read more

I went for my first visit yesterday, after months of prompting from my husband. I do not suffer from any aches or pains with the exception of the occasional headache. I've chalked them up to the daily pressures of caring for my uncontrolled type 1 diabetic daughter. I am so glad that I went. I truly enjoyed the water massage & meeting the sweet assistant, Priscilla. My second visit was this morning. I received a wonderful hands on massage. Wish I had gotten his name , for it was truly amazing. While on his table, I could actually feel the endorphins being released. I tried reaching out to my primary doctor and the staff told me to go the nearest ER or walk-in clinic because they had no appointments available. But once I started with my evaluation, adjustments and physical therapy, I was and still am amazed.
