Today, like usual, I have to go in and ask for my script knowing it's not ready so they will start working on it. They usually have my script a day or 2 before I come and pick it up. This morning while trying to pickup my script I was told it was not ready and I would have to come back in the afternoon to have it filled. I was calmly talking to the pharmacy tech and expressed it's always an issue trying to get my script filled and I live 30 minutes away. Chris the pharmacy manager walks by and told me I will not talk to the tech that way. I expressed how I'm not being rude or ugly and he then said "I'm sick and tired of hearing it's always an issue from everyone." Apparently I'm not the only one having problems here. I was also told that I could go somewhere else. I asked for his name and he said "Chris." I asked for his last name and he said "I don't have one." I pointed out to him that he was lying and his response was "it's sarcasm." Not only does the pharmacy give the worst service the manager has zero professionalism. Also, on several occasions the pharmacy will be closed durning normal business hours and will have a note in the window stating there is no pharmacists on duty please come back tomorrow. I hope this location can turn itself around, but I do not see that happening if the current manager stays employed here.

All pharmacies seem to be busy and this one is no exception, but the staff always take the time to help you as much as they can. The Pharmacist Charles helps both customers and staff. The bathroom was filled with boxes. One was full of toilet paper, just in case? The rest were empty. Went to wash my hands. No soap in the dispenser. No hand sanitizer. Even the large bucket of hand wipes was empty. No worries, I always have hand sanitizer with me (and back ups especially as there is a tripledemic going on with flu, RSV and COVID in most communities). Went to the cashier to ask for some extra hand sanitizer and let her know that the women's restroom is out of soap, hand sanitizer, and antibacterial wipes. Her response? You can go buy some on aisle x. At first, I thought she misunderstood my question. No, it is not for me to take home. It is for your restroom in CVS. No, we don't service the restrooms, she replied. A company takes care of the upkeep. Then how do you wash your hands after you go to the bathroom? Her blank stare said it all.
