This pharmacy has the worst service. I've been coming here for many years and over the past 2 years service has declined more and more with each visit. Today, like usual, I have to go in and ask for my script knowing it's not ready so they will start working on it. They usually have my script a day or 2 before I come and pick it up. This morning while trying to pickup my script I was told it was not ready and I would have to come back in the afternoon to have it filled. I was calmly talking to the pharmacy tech and expressed it's always an issue trying to get my script filled and I live 30 minutes away. Chris the pharmacy manager walks by and told me I will not talk to the tech that way. I expressed how I'm not being rude or ugly and he then said "I'm sick and tired of hearing it's always an issue from everyone." Apparently I'm not the only one having problems here. I was also told that I could go somewhere else. I asked for his name and he said "Chris." I asked for his last name and he said "I don't have one." I pointed out to him that he was lying and his response was "it's sarcasm." Not only does the pharmacy give the worst service the manager has zero professionalism. Also, on several occasions the pharmacy will be closed durning normal business hours and will have a note in the window stating there is no pharmacists on duty please come back tomorrow. I hope this location can turn itself around, but I do not see that happening if the current manager stays employed here. read more

The pharmacy is TERRIBLE! Horrible customer service and slow filling times. You can't get any help or any direct answers from them. I'd highly recommend against using them. I've had a bad experience with them the past several encounters. Business will be taken elsewhere (not that they care, less they have to deal with). read more

Y'all NEVER have I ever had such an outstanding experience like I did right now. We came in for children's medicine and not only left getting the perfect one but we are so happy knowing a little bit about picking a better one for next time. The manager, who is dressed to impress, was so dang helpful and so knowledgeable! So blown away by the customer service we received! He needs to be the trainer to teach other stores how to be excellent. What's funny is I doubted going to Walgreens becauce I normally go to CVS but this time it was fate and y'all I might drop CVS all together if there were more employees like this! If I could leave a zero star I would! Absolute worst customer service. I was told my order wasn't there and that I was rude for wanting my order that was paid for and I had the email saying the order was there! Manager came to the front to explain to me that emails are sent out saying orders are there even when they are not but somehow the manager found the order. All the while the two cashiers are telling me I am rude because they didn't know how to do their job and find an order read more

We originally went to CVS to get my 3 year olds prescription for Tamaflu but they were unfortunately out like most of Marshall. They called Walgreens 5 til 6pm and informed them we would be coming across the street as they still had tamaflu in stock. The lady on the phone threw a fit about it. Mind you if it was me wouldn't be a big deal but my daughter is 3 give me a break and have a heart. We literally cross the street got they in less than a minute and they closed with the knowledge we were in our way and made it BEFORE 6pm. Now I understand it seems like but we left straight from the doctor and went to cvs and then straight to Walgreens. Have a heart lady and no worries we will never use your pharmacy again. As for CVS thank you for all of your help getting our prescription filled in Longview after your closing hours. read more

This is your typical Walgreens. Nothing stands out as particularly excellent or mediocre. The pharmacy is pretty quick, even when you forget to call in ahead of time. The pharmacists helped me set up monthly prescription reminders. Store is well-stocked and rotates out seasonal materials fairly quickly. Great makeup selection. read more

Left my meds at home 200 miles away. While I was able to get emergency supply of B/P meds the pharmacy tech had absolutely zero personality. Like she was mad because she had to work Saturday. Hello it's your job, don't like it quit. Took forever to get 8 pills. Glad I don't use this pharmacy. The one at home the techs are always friendly and very quick and efficient read more
