SpringVale has really changed my life for the better. I was there my senior year 2018-2019 and at first I was skeptical being that it was a private Christian boarding school. The reason being because all the private Christian advertise that they're the best and they'll teach things that no one else around will but they always turned out the same or worse than a regular public school. SpringVale on the other hand DID end up being different for me in multiple other people. I walked in knowing absolutely no one, other students and faculty and within the first day, already had a group of amazing friends and immediately felt welcomed by everyone there. There has never been a problem with typical "school bullies" that you'd see in other schools and the staff truly are basically family. Everyone helps each other out and if there's a student that is struggling, they take #1 priority to make sure that student gets what they need. I highly recommend sending your child to this school whether it's local for you, or on the other side of the state or country. They will be well taken care of in every single way. Spring Vale Christian School has developed into a loving, caring environment which nurtures students' love of learning and love of the Lord. Students engage in classical ed. classes while learning that true knowledge ultimately flows from the One who made them. In younger years, students' natural ability to memorize facts is used to help students remember some key facts and grow their understanding of the Latin language. In 7-9th grade students' natural desire to debate is used to foster an understanding of logic. Later, students are coached to write proficiently and speak well as rhetoric becomes the focus. My family has been tremendously blessed by Spring Vale & their ministry. I grew so much during my time at Spring Vale. The classical christian education style taught me how to think for myself, which set me up for success and excellence in college courses. For me to be able to have a place to go for school where I could learn about God and be able to comfortably practice my beliefs was foundational to my growth as a Christian. With public schools becoming increasingly more secular and politicized, it is important for young people to have a safe space to learn and grow in a place where worldly agendas aren't forced on them. Spring Vale is not just a school but is honestly a whole community devoted creating an environment filled and focused on God. The staff and volunteers are some of the most wonderful and committed people I've met. They offer many experiences unlike any other school in my opinion, such as SOUND (their music program, that tours all over America) and their boarding program, which I was in both. Two of my children have graduated from there, one of them a valedictorian, I have another getting ready to graduate in May and one in 6th grade. this school has been an answer to prayer- I'm so thankful they have gotten a quality, Christian education. my youngest was behind scholastically when she started and now she's at the top of her class. the staffs dedication, care, and excellence are second to none. there are low Teacher to student ratios so I know my children are getting what they need. This school has been a huge blessing to my family. Two of my brothers, two of my sisters, one cousin, one niece and one nephew have attended this school throughout the years and I've been able to witness how SVCS has grown, adapted and flourished through the times. My children have attended Spring Vale for four years. My oldest son graduated in 2021 and was accepted into Hillsdale College. Spring Vale has been a wonderful place for my children. The teachers are so caring and the small classroom sizes gives the teachers the ability to give extra time to those students who need extra help in their classes. Life Skill classes and the agriculture that is on the school campus gives many opportunities for the students to get practical hands-on learning along with the rigorous academics that are taught in the classrooms. read more

I've been at spring vale for over half of my life and it's my favourite place I've been. I started in 6th grade and am now a Sophomore. This place has been one of the biggest blessings in my life. I attended spring vale my 8th- 12th grade years! it was such a blessing to me and my family. I met lifelong friends, got to play basketball & volleyball, and I was able to be a part of leading worship and going across the country in the band "SOUND." We are very pleased with Spring Vale's Grammar School this year! We have a 2nd and 3rd grader attending and love the individualized attention they receive in the intimate class sizes.
