(And they don't allow dangerous dogs in here)There is a big park for the children of the neighborhood to play in and a big pool that is always sparkling clean !! And the best part the Property Manager, Ms. Carol ALWAYS is on top of everything and handles any issues that may arise immediately!!!! And Ms. Carla, who also is on the office is amazing too! The maintenance guy, Gene-O keeps this park with the grass cut and is always happy and you can tell he loves his job! I'm so GLAD that we came back! The best part is this park is FAMILY OWNED, unlike the former mobile home park we had a lot at, which is corporate owned and they do not care about their residents, they only care about $$$$

Of course we had to travel through what was being called an epic winter storm, so the first thing they did was put a hold on our site in case we got stuck down here. 2nd when she asked if we brought the dogs with us, she moved us to a different premium site that was closer to the dog park. Super convenient! It's an older park, but it is very well maintained. The sites are on top of each other, but we pretty much expect that from every KOA. This was middle of the winter, so everyone was spread out. The maintenance crew was working there tails off. Looks like they are leveling sites and there was a lot of new lumber in stacks. Not sure if they are redoing fencing? Would we stay here again for a quick trip? Absolutely. Again, it's an easy trip down 26 into downtown.

Never painted or sealed our porches so they're falling apart and molding. Never leveled our home, caused damage. Didn't fit or repair pipes under the sink, which caused them to disconnect on several occasions, leading to water damage. The electrical work is horrible, currently the lights in my hallway and back porch don't work. My thermostat I purchased with the home broke and they replaced it with a lesser quality thermostat. They've cut water off and on for hours at a time over the past month to replace faulty pipes. Sounds great, but it was so they can install new meters in order to charge more for water. Today 8/29/23 water was cut off with a 30 minute notice through email. The email stated it would be off for 4 hours. The email was sent at 11:15am. Water did not cut back on until 5:30pm. No further emails were sent out. When it did finally come back on, it was not drinkable. Yellow/brown in color with a horrible smell. I let it run for about 10 minutes. Still, it was the same. I called the office to tell them and their response was "our water in the office is fine and it's the same." I don't really know how people can work for this company and knowingly take advantage of people day in and day out in numerous ways. Not to mention, every year I have lived here, they have raised rent. They offer amenities but currently they are not available because they refuse to maintain them I suppose. If I had someone to provide legal advice and support, I'd pay any amount of money to get out of this community and property. Please, I beg anyone who reads this... do not move here or to any yes community. It will be the largest mistake and money drain of your life. If you were wondering if these issues were fixed.
