I am beyond annoyed by this office. We are a military family and new to the area. I called looking…read morefor a 5yr old well check for my son. Which is covered by insurance so I shouldn't have had to have an office copay. On top of that .. They billed me for an OFFICE VISIT on top of ANOTHER office visit for something I wasn't even there for. My insurance covers specialty doctors and I was not there to get a referral or any additional services from this office. They asked to do a visual and hearing test which me being a parent to a 5yr old I said whatever was included in the well check... I was never notified I would be billed for all of this. Nor did I know I was being charged for 2 office visits when I was there STRICTLY FOR A WELL 5 yr check up. Good luck trying to contact anyone that actually works In the office because all calls have had to pushed to their corporate bill. NOTIFY YOUR PATIENTS. SCAMMERS

A few times with last minute appointments and whatnot we've had to see one of the other doctors and received just as amazing care as we normally do. I find it easy to call and speak to a nurse, if I have questions or get a sick child appointment if need me. The nursing staff is really great and caring. The reception staff is also very nice and friendly. All around we love bringing our kids here and they enjoy coming as well.

I'm leaving this review today as a warning to people. Please choose another provider. This one is…read morenot safe. This weekend, I fell ill. Monday came, and I'm still sick, waking up with a fever, so I decided to go into the urgent care to see what they could do to help me. I set up an appointment online for this location, I provided all my insurance info on their online registration portal, so I'd be in and out quick. I showed up around 8:15, my appointment was for 8:24. I fill out what I need to fill out, and give them my insurance because for some reason their portal didn't actually take my info at all. Whatever, not that big of a deal, I'm just happy to be seen by someone. I go in to the room, it's about 8:30, and there's 2 people in front of me. Excellent. I should be out of here in no time. I heard the doctor go down the hall to a few people, and I continue waiting. Eventually a nurse comes in and sees me, says the doctor will be in soon. Great. Around this time, I heard one of the nurses start going off about how some lady doesn't understand how a 2-part test works and that she has to come back "Like what did you think it was going to be?" She said this FULL volume. Loud enough that all the patients in all the rooms heard it, AND the woman she was talking about heard it. That patient came back to confront her as she apparently ran off and the patient talked to another nurse and asked her if that's how she treats people here? Fair question. The patient explains when she was told to come get the test done, she was told it was a one time visit for the test...not two visits. The nurse spoke down to her, as if it was her fault she was given the wrong information. They also continued smack talking after that, just quieter. I'm waiting...waiting...around 9:00, I peek my head out the door, because I feel like I'm about to vomit. No one is out there. I look through the hallway, go down to the check in desk, look in the back hallway...no doctors or nurses to be found. That's weird. The bathroom is also occupied, so I can't be getting sick so I held it down and tried not to get sick in the patient room. 9:30 arrives. No one has seen me since the nurse. I am now currently in excruciating pain with my stomach cramping hard. I go into the hallway, I'm full on sobbing and say, I have to go find someone who can help me, I'm in pain and I can't wait longer. The nurse barely looked up and said "Okay. Have a good day." I called the manager of this location, but I'm not convinced she's doing a damn thing about it. The nurses there, all need to be fired. They talk smack about patients in the rudest way ever, and they clearly do not care even if someone is in pain. Their licenses all should be revoked. I would never let a nurse that speaks like that touch my body. Ever. I went to a different urgent care, I was put in a room in 5 minutes, and was out 25 minutes later with medication. I also didn't have an appointment for this other urgent care. The nurses there told me that I should do this review, as a warning to other patients. They told me this is why people are scared to go to the doctor -- and they're not wrong. I've been to some awful doctors, but in all my 30 years on this earth, I have NEVER heard a nurse speak like that about a patient, TO a patient, and to IGNORE that someone is visibly in pain. If you value your health, and want to be seen by a real doctor who values your health, do not go to this place.

The doctor told me he didn't know what was wrong with me and just prescribed me antibiotics and said he was 'guessing'. Then proceeded to point at his Jesus necklace and tell me he'd pray for me because the devil is real and then said jesus 5 times in a row in honor of me? Literally the weirdest experience I have ever had at an urgent care. Won't be back here! There are some serious health violations and lack of professionalism here.
