It's great to see the same familiar faces that were here when I was a patient. The providers are attentive, never rushed, and always respectful of parent concerns. Our 17yo daughter had a concussion and saw Dr. Delsignore. It was so strange... First she made a comment as if my daughter didn't care about grades. If it was meant to be a joke, she has awful timing (our daughter is NHS, Honor Roll, AP course, athlete, etc at a very competitive school). Then it got stranger... the Doctor's focus shifted from brain injury to the fact that our daughter has lost couple pounds (she is not "skinny"). By the end of it, it was as if her bruised brain wasn't the problem, she just needed more protein. She kept saying "Healthy Lifestyle", as if our daughter was on drugs. I was offended. We left with zero information about her concussion, nothing about what to expect, risks, etc. We've also had unpleasant experiences with Dr. Partusch. So after 15+ years, sadly, we can no longer recommend this practice.

If you're in the market for a pediatrician, Dr. Goodlander is a great bet. I absolutely hated doctors when I was little but Dr. Goodlander was always able to relax me enough to complete my shots and physicals with minimal discomfort. Dr. Goodlander is currently a part of Springdale-Mason Pediatrics. The practice is great, all of the nurses and nurse practitioners are soothing and gentle with little ones. Springdale-Mason is usually very busy as it serves an area that is booming with school-age kids, but you can still usually get a same-day appointment.

They respond quickly as well! I've never waited more than 5 minutes in the waiting room which is also so nice. The doctors are usually in the room within 5-15 minutes after the nurses have taken their vitals etc. If I have concerns after hours, their after hours line is easy to access and a doctor calls me back right away. I don't feel judged if I have a silly question or call the after hours line with an urgent concern. I would highly recommend this place! There's a reason I've stayed with this practice for so long.

Sometimes on the phone they seem to be rushing, but when you are in front of them, they take such good care. Dr. Huang is absolutely worth the 30 minute drive from my home. He is focused, answers questions and concerns with compassion and clarity, and asks good follow up questions so you don't leave feeling like you have missed something. It's awesome. Bob, hands down, is a treasure. Every single time I have needed an immunization, flu shot, or blood drawn, this man has been positive, caring, and gentle. He practices painless precision and as someone who would rather eat glass than get a needle in my arm, I can say he has never been impatient or whoopsied and caused pain. He just gets in. Plus, with his beard, he looks a little like Santa. It is a wonderful practice with good people. If you are looking for a PCP, I cannot recommend them higher.

Wow! Amazing patient care from the time I called to make my appointment to the time I left…read more Highly recommend, Dr. Kelly Metz and staff if you need to be seen for Allergy and Sinus relief!!! I was recommended to Dr. Metz's office for consultation and allergy testing, I was quickly scheduled. I was immediately greeted when I walked into the office by the receptionist and she efficiently double checked my information and I only had to update one form for them (excellent!). I was called back within 5 minutes, basically enough time to fill out the form - seriously :-) !! My nurse was super nice and explained everything that was going to take place for my appointment. Dr. Metz came in and spent a significant amount of time with me going over my history and finding out what kind of problems I was having. She then explained what the allergy testing would consist of. My nurse came back in, and again took the time to explain the testing and asked if I had any questions before we began. The actual testing was quick and painless, there are no needles involved - it's just a skin scratch now - bonus- I suppose! After all that, Dr. Metz came back in and again, spent another significant amount of time with me going over the results and a plan of action. I never once felt rushed or that they did not have time for me. It really feels like they cater to their patients. I am so happy, I definitely recommend Dr. Metz and her staff if you are having any kind of allergy, sinus or asthma problems! They so totally rock!
