Don, the owner was super kind and accommodating. I called from work and made arrangements to stop after work and give him a deposit. By the end of the day I had completely forgotten. I called the next day to apologize and see if the unit was still available. Don said something along the lines of "Honey, my father taught me to trust a man until he gave me reason not to. You just come pay me when you are ready, I'll hold it for you!" About 2 weeks later I called and sure enough he was still holding it for me!
