After talking to her and her partner Jared Rine, they told us not to be afraid and to give them a chance to look at our profile. We agreed, a week later we got a news that shocked my wife and I. We would be eligible to purchase at our current situation. But he suggested for us to take care of a few things so can take advantage of some 1st time buyer programs.
