Excellent service. Springer has repaired my dishwasher, refrigerator washing machine, and heat pump. The technicians have always been professional and courteous. On one occasion they were out very quickly on a hot day to restore air conditioning. On another occasion, the heat pump unit in my laundry room flooded the floor because the drain trap from the heat pump to the exterior had become clogged. They responded immediately on that call. If I need service on an appliance, I will call Springer's. read more

I have dealt with Springer appliances on two occasions. Both times their lack of communication was absolutely abysmal. Every single person I've dealt with from the person taking the calls on the phone, to the techs have all been rude fucking assholes. They really take small town bumpkin country dick head to a whole new fucking level. I would rather travel to North Platte to get what I need then deal with Springer ever again. Don't waste your time even calling this store for service not only will they not call you back or show when they say they will they made me wait at home for a whole day before tell me they were just too busy to do my service on a wash machine pretty sad business ethics read more

These guys have been great. During a super busy season Keith and his guys went above and beyond making sure my ac was up and running and getting all my appliances installed. Their work was of the highest caliber and all the techs were incredibly professional. read more

I would say about 300 - 400 people attended this evening. All ages from babes to active adults. A ticket for two people costs $60. This included a meal and multiple raffle tickets to win prizes. Not to mention all the sponsors who left multiple gifts on all the tables. While waiting on the food to be served, I walked around and looked at all the items listed for a silent auction. There were so many choices from color prints of animals, outdoor gear, fishing items, hunting clothes, household items, etc. Oh my, the food is ready, and the aroma is calling me in. The menu was fairly simple, with Italian roast beef, ham, scalloped potatoes, green beans, and vanilla ice cream. Not included in the ticket price were carbonated drinks, beer, and mixed drinks. The Italian roast beef had a perfect smoked flavor and cooked magnificently. The ham was so tender and juicy. Bravo to the chef who mastered this delicious meal and to the people who served the food for the evening. Now to the live auction. There were so many items to auction off. I just loved the bird calls and the people who won the bids. So much watching people have a great time and shard some laughter. All of the items were auctioned off, including some really cool shot guns and outdoor items. Last was the raffle tickets for multiple items ranging from high-end to lower end items. I won an outdoor trail camera and can't wait to use it.o coming. I'm eager to attend the next one. Thank you for a great night!

Springer's Appliance saved the day today!!! Our air conditioner was not working. I called Springer's at approximately 8 am. I received a call back at 8:30 stating that he could stop by around 9:30. Springer's had the parts in stock and our air conditioner was fixed by about 10:15. I highly recommend Springer's and I thank them for their help on this hot day. Kristin H. read more

I was greeted by the owner Ken, a very cool and you can tell passionate person when it comes to his business. He has a very diverse collection of collectibles. But what impressed me the most about his shop was his 3D printing setup that he has, and the items that he and his worker have created. He showed me how the printers work and how they craft the items they work on for clients. So so cool!!! Seriously if you're in Ogallala and are looking for comic, fantasy, Disney, Star Wars, Star Trek stuff and so much more. Go check out this store. I bought a sweet model of a 1953 Corvette and a Lego Harry Potter figurine. So glad I stopped in.
