The wait times were about an hour every time. The sonography girl was rude every time I went in for my check. Let's talk about the doctor...the guy thinks he's God in a white coat. Horrible, horrible bedside manner!!! Considering what these women are going through, you'd think he'd be a little more empathetic. I'm in good health and have a child so I told him that I never thought this would happen to me and he said, "it is what it is." I finally got fed up after they said they prescribed me medication and the nurse apparently didn't get approval from the doctor. So they accused ME of somehow knowing a nurse or doctor and ordering it for myself, lol!!! I mean seriously, are you kidding??!! All of this in front of my husband, who also has no idea what is going on. The entire 6 months I let this clinic treat me was the worst experience I have ever had with a medical "professional". After being accused of sabotaging their computer system, I left and went out of town about an hour away for my ivf procedure. The doctor was kind, personable and experienced. I am so glad Dr DeMola had nothing to do with the birth of my beautiful baby.

The telephone operator was very rude, curt and didn't want to take time listening me. So I quit calling that clinic and switched to a wonderful caring doctor and the staff are great!!! I'm so grateful for my new doctor taking her time taking care of me each time I called. She and her staff needs to get out of Springfield, Illlinois practice.
