They wanted to replace so they still didn't replace all of the drip edge they replaced my gutters, left pieces of my gutters behind in the yard had to come back out and get it. He quoted up front the price per hour, arrived on time with a rented truck, and worked hard to wrap and protect the furniture that they moved for us. He and his co-worker (who happened to be his stepfather that mornin) got the job done in less time than the maximum estimated time and charged the hourly rate he had quoted plus just 30 minutes total for travel to the pickup and from the drop off locations. No extra fees for the plastic wrap used or for blankets and moving hand trucks and furniture dollies he brought. We had met Milton on an earlier occasion where he was the person that a van line moving company driver had called to help unload his large truck where he impressed us with his hard work ethic and careful handling of our parents stuff from CA.
