I texted Northwoods informing company owner that plumber was onsite. This company is run by a handyman not a certified plumber or electrician. Never received a call nor did he stop over to discuss. Threatened to take me to collections when I didn't pay bill, after I had to pay plumber $240 to fix pipe. This guy doesn't accept responsibility for poor workmanship and still expects you to pay his bill. He is over priced and under qualified.
